Lovely, functional, spacious apartment with working air conditioning which was much needed. Only down side was that we had no outside space, but this was the luck of the draw. You can use the hotel facilities and leave your luggage there on day of check out.

Good location,beach nearby and lots of good restaurants.Hotel very tired with basic rooms - average beds and a bathroom in need of refurbishment as the bathtub was cracked making it look dirty. TVs and conversations in adjacent rooms can be heard from yours. There's a small garage where spaces cannot be reserved according to hotel description and booking.com.On arrival I parked in an available space and informed reception another family member was on his way but I was told there weren't any more spaces available although I saw a couple of empty spaces, which I told reception about but they argued they were all taken.My relative parked elsewhere and that night I saw cars parked in those 'empty' spaces I'd seen earlier.When I enquired I was told, to my surprise they had been reserved.The staff ought to get their act together and their facts right !!! If parking spaces cannot be reserve so be it.....for everyone !!!! As far as customer service goes this hotel is appalling.The reception,unfortunately, isn't very helpful,specially a female receptionist with curly hair, who not only was very rude but also argumentative.She should learn to have good manners when dealing with the public. I would not recommend this hotel at all unless you you wish to put up with nonsense and agro from bad mannered staff

First of all, Torre del mar is quite nice. There are a lot of restaurants and shops near by and we liked to have the beach so close. The hotel is ok, rooms are basic and breakfast is fine. But a bit to expensive and it is more a 3-star hotel.

Great central location and just a stones throw from the lovely brach, bars and restaurants. Nice hotel with a good breakfast. It has a great sun terrace with jacuzzis and has a relaxed atmosphere . Our only disappointment was our room. We got the last available room and it was very tired looking. Also it had twin beds and as it was our wedding anniversary it was.a bit disappointing

Stayed here one night. Reception ok, received the piece of origami which is the only information about the hotel. Room ok, fridge but no drinks. No availability to drinks outside of the strict meal times. All meals are buffet, breakfast, lunch and dinner. No table service. Only collection of used plates etc. The hotel seems to have been stripped to the bare minimum of staff. Drew reception to problems with our room. Ok only minor but not good. Hallway light out. Bathroom door would not close and was stiff. Toilet roll holder and spare were loose on the wall along with the soap dish. Door stop on the floor was right were you stand when leaving the bath/shower. My wife stood on it!!. Not good. Towels are long overdue for renewal. No English tv, well it is Spain. Would I stay here again, no.
