Feels like staying in a house
Avaliou em 2 de Setembro de 2021
Enjoyed our stay here. Came with my parents. Chose this hotel so we could have different rooms for different family members. The room is immaculately clean and has full amenities. Really like that it has a separate level for privacy from other members of the family, separate bathrooms, three TV sets in the room so different people can watch different programs at the same time. The pool is nice and the breakfast has quite a selection. The one negative is the lack of doors to close between rooms. This reduces privacy and makes it so if one light is on anywhere, it lights up the entire unit. It was also difficult carrying up our luggage so many flight of steps.
The place feels like a townhouse.
Run down property with outrageous rates

Run down property with outrageous rates. Spotty unsecured WiFi with lots of people apparently living there for extended stays. Have I mentioned that the rate was outrageous. Two beds and small kitchen downstairs with a third bed in loft upstairs provided little privacy or noise protection if one guest wanted to stay up later. Beds were very clean and comfortable
Large Suite for a Family of 6
Avaliou em 17 de Agosto de 2021
I was looking for a large hotel room for my family of 6 (with 4 children 8-y-o and under). The suite was definitely large with a full kitchenette, living space, bath and an open bedroom (2 full beds) on the first floor, and another bath, and open loft bedroom (king) on the second floor. The room was clean and updated, however the bathrooms were not updated and were dated. There were TVs for each bedroom and the living area, although service was spotty (satellite?). Complimentary internet worked well.
The grab-and-go breakfast was a a big disappointment. The coffee was luke-warm and weak, and the food offerings included a few apples, a couple of rare packaged muffins, and a few yogurts.
The hotel is convenient to I-89, but with that comes highway noise. Not an issue for us as we are typically up early.
Overall, the stay served my family just fine and we appreciated having the large space, although pricey at $300/night. The property seems to be a mix of transient hotel guests and permanent apartment residents, which is unusual, but was not an issue for us.
DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE

We have stayed at this hotel before and all was fine however this year we were on our way to the hotel for July 4th and part of the hotel flooded.
The hotel canceled our reservation and would not help us find a room in the Burlington/Williston area on a busy holiday weekend.
The “best they could do” so put us up in Bolton Valley - which is too far away (over 40 minutes). We were stranded - 2 adults/ 2 kids and a dog.
The hotel would not even connect us with a manager or a supervisor to help . Apparently all management was off duty and not available to help.
I find this absurd. I’m sure the hotel has insurance to cover these situations. This hotel should not be allowed to use the Sonesta name. Their customer service was horrific.
If there was a zero, I would rate it as such

Made reservations 2 mos prior to arrival, given studio with fireplace. Arrived, not available but this was minor. Entire hotel in total disrepair with paint peeling, overflowing trash cans outside with household garage everywhere. Asked desk 3 days in row about cleaning it up, finally end of day 3 picked up. BUT the unit next to us, had large white kitchen trash bags stacked. Day after day no pick up. We saw this each time we left our unit. We would have moved but area hotels were full. We have needed to make multiple reservations, moving daily. Daily grab and go, same same each day. Advice to avoid this hotel at any cost.
The unit screen on slider was torn off. The only plus was linens appeared to be new, unit was tired but clean, bed comfortable.
