The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood close to Schönbrunn Palace and the bus to the inner city stops right in front of the door. The room itself was overall clean even if a little bit worn. The bed was comfortable (maybe the pillows were a little bit too soft for me), the bathroom clean and spacious, they cleaned the room every day. On thing I was missing was another chair at the table in the double bed room so we had to sit on the beds which didn't have bed covers. Also the darkening curtains didn't go all the way to the end of the windows and light came in at night right into my face which made sleep a bit more difficult. In the end I found the room satisfactory and was alright for the three nights we had spent there.

They didn't refund my money. I've booked and payed a room before lockdown, and they didn't offer the promised voucher or a reschedule. Firstly ,they said the voucher will be an option , but afterwards, they changed their mind wich isn't fair.

We got a room upgrade but when we got there the room had so many problems. There was hair in the shower, the fans were covered in dust, one of them was not even working, the lights were not working either and the double bed (two singles pushed together) had a broken leg. So we asked to change rooms and we got downgraded. The receptionist did tell us to speak with the manager the next day in order to change rooms again but I didn't want to spend any more time on this. Also keep in mind that there is nothing in the bedroom, no mini fridge, no boiler, nothing. The hotel is near a metro station which makes it very easy to get around and is located right next to the Schönbrunn Palace.

It is a very nice unit, with very nice rooms. Our room was very modern and big , with view to the street and a nice big bathroom with basic amenities. The breakfast is located to another place, i did not have it because i preferd to go on my own but there is vegan option so i share this detail for anyone who prefers it. good place ! good staff!

Good room size but no facilities

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Location wise, it's just 500m from the nearest metro station, so that's a plus point. Apart from this, the hotel and rooms were good. Room size was pretty big but there was absolutely nothing in the room. No mini fridge, no coffee or tea sachets and no boiler/coffee maker, and no water bottles as well. I would still recommend it for staying as the stay was pretty comfortable and washroom was quite nice.
