Bem localizado, com bons quartos e ambiente

Hotel bem localizado, próximo há um parque com lagos e mirantes. Com o bom restaurante El Porton ao lado do hotel e também opções de lanches bem próximas, como o McDonalds. está a uns 40 minutos a pé do centro histórico. O hotel tem bons quartos, não muito novos mas confortáveis. Um boa piscina com pub (barzinho) bem movimentado.

O hotel é muito bom, cercado de belo verde. Funcionários simpáticos. Fica próximo do Parque Museo la venta e de parques nacionais e zonas arqueológicas. Os quartos são enormes, tem piscina, lobby bar cantaritos, cantina. Café da manhã razoável.

Horrible experience

Basically a horrible experience. Check in for some reason took an hour. No apologies the staff member didn't know what she was doing and instead of asking took an hour. Was placed on the 4th floor were apparently all the old rooms are. Mattress were old and tv was from the 90s and huge. I thought all the rooms were like this and said oh well. No there are updated rooms, how did I know because my family comes here all the time. There was no safe in the room. So went down and the same girl said we would be moved to the 2nd floor, re packed everything. Go a knock on the door and two guys come in with an old safe and tools. 30 minutes later they install it. What pissed me off the most was they refused to let my family members come up and take gifts. Until my aunt made a call and they owed and changed me a day later. The day before check out my eldery aunt wanted to stay. Same girl refused to let her up, poor thing stayed in the lobby for 7 hours and then charged me an extra 300 pesos for her to stay even though she was the only one staying thay day. Food is gross and no one cares. Coffee tastes like water Never again

Internet is super Bad

Internet in Viva Hotel is too bad, some places it is impossible to get signal. You call and never get solution for this issue. My suggestion is improve the internet and TV Cable are a few good channel.

Near the park and the lake

This hotel is near all the action plus the park and lake. This hotel has all the amenities you could want at a very reasonable price. The staff really goes out of its way to make sure you are taken care of.
