Had a great time. Delta Downs is fantastic. Live and simulcast horse racing was fun....the sportsbook was a plus, and the slots were enjoyable. Will be going back....want to see if they offer up some decent comps....hope so!

Violated ADA. Discriminated Against Me Because Of My Disability

The security here discriminated against me due to my disability in violation of Title 3 of the Americans With Disabilities Act. I have and am diagnosed with Autism (Asperger’s Syndrome) and Tourette’s Syndrome and this disability impacts the nervous system and impacts motor skills and tics and sometimes I do shake and have other tics. I was approached by security and embarrassed in front of everybody just because of my tics. This is blatant discrimination in violation of Title 3 of the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990.

Very great hotel and staffs were very friendly and awesome. I forgot the name of staff in the bar who was very polite and Security Naqash was very helpful and friendly, well known about hotel who assist me till the bar I would like to thanks to them.

Horrible visit

Don’t ever get injured here. Fell and hit my head. Split it open and all they could find was a wash cloth to help me from bleeding. No first aid kit at a facility like this. The paramedics came 45 minutes later. Had to get staples in my scalp and a concussion. Worst part never heard back from casino, called several times, nothing. But got a survey right away, really? They need to get a first aid kit at least. Very disappointed with a big company not taking care of someone that got injured and couldn’t take the time to respond. And mostly if there was a more serious injury to get the proper help.

Great pal e for a weekend or weekday stay, but…..

Impossible to get reservations to Rosewater Grill and only other place is sandwiches, not good, great restraurant, but cannot ever get in or get a reservation even when tried a week in advance, very frustrating
