Todos sabem que hotel em Londres custa muito caro. Este hotel Marriot é uma excelente opção. Apesar de estar bem afastado de Picadilly, de porta à porta em uma hora seu problema esta resolvido via metrô/trem. Junto ao hotel, v. pega um ônibus que em dez minutos o deixa na estação de trem e, pronto. Isto sem contar a vantagem de saborear o clima do interior. Voltarei.

This hotel shouldn't be on sale.. one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Look at the pictures, heating didn't work so they gave me a broken heater. Disgusting place. Tried to speak to reception but all I got told it no one from maintenance available.. not sure what that has to do with the state of the room. Room 154
Don’t waste your money!

I would NEVER stay here again! This is most certainly not a 4 star hotel, maybe a 2.5 if I’m being generous. The rooms are not worth the price, the staff were rude and the rooms are something you’d expect at a motel. Additionally they were not clear on payment and now have two pending charges, not okay! additionally went to make a coffee and the milk curdled instantly. There are better places than this apparent 4 star hotel, don’t waste your money.

One of the warmest welcomes we’ve had from hotel reception upon arrival. Excellent customer service from bar to restaurant, cleaners to leisure staff. Spa, pool and gym were clean, very good standard and not too crowded. The steam room was not working on the last two days, which is always a shame and seems to happen frequently in hotels we’ve stayed at- not just Marriott. Beautiful location close by-a ten minutes walk to Epping Forest albeit along smelly A roads. I’m so glad I didn’t read past reviews before booking this getaway location and had our own experience of the hotel. Thank you for a really special memory, Bonvoy Marriott.

We booked this hotel as it was a 4 star and we had high expectations but we were left disappointed. 1 - the heating in the room wouldn’t work and upon complaining they said just turn the temperature up and wait. Nothing happened! We ended up buying a small heater from Asda so we wouldn’t freeze overnight. 2 - The duvets were extremely thin and of low quality, for a 4* hotel, we expected better. There was no fridge in the room, when we asked if we could store our daughters milk in the staff fridge downstairs, they said No. the hotel is tired looking and dated, its in dire need of modernisation. The breakfast was average. The staff in the restaurant during breakfast were really nice though and very accommodating. The pool was wonderful and our 2 year old daughter loved it! Overall i would say its more of a 3* hotel.
