Terrible Odor

I stayed at this motel a year ago and the rooms was clean and nice That's why I stayed there again, This time I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the service of the staff. I will not recommend it to anyone.

Bad Management

The rooms were filthy! I scraped the mildew off tub with my fingernail. During this time of COVID, it is totally unacceptable to have unclean room. The smell of mildew was overwhelming when walking in the room and definitely the bathroom. The pool was not open and we couldn't get into the workout room. There were no spoons for breakfast, but thankfully their were forks so we could eat our cereal!

Good Stop on Road Trip

Personnel is friendly and helpful. The take-away breakfast bags are a good solution to comply with COVID safety protocols. If you are needing a good stop for the night, this motel is conveniently located, and is a good value. I have said all that I intended to say, but Trip Advisor requires 200 characters before you review will be accepted so I am typing just to fulfill that requirement.

Nonsmoking room reeked of smoke, rat damage to furniture and bedding...did not stay and denied refund

We booked online before arriving late at night on a trip to north Georgia, but couldn’t book online at Day’s Inn directly due to site maintenance (?). Had to book through Adoba instead. We obtained our key upon arrival and our “nonsmoking“ room reeked of smoke, so reported to front desk. Were given a key to another room, with different bed configuration (2 queens instead of one king) and that room smelled musty and had rat damage to the bedding and some of the furniture. When we went back to the front desk to report the condition of the room and ask for a refund to go somewhere else, we were informed that she can’t give us a refund „because [we] booked online.“ We made our case that they didn’t deliver on their contractual promise, but she wouldn’t budge so we returned the key anyway and said we’d take it up with PayPal disputes and went down the road even though it was already 1am by then. The rooms were that bad! We’re now wondering if the “website maintenance“ was by design as most people probably won’t go through the hassle of trying to get a refund when the front desk isn’t willing to...

Great staff/perfect location

Tswanna, Ms. Cathy and Rachel are the best front desk attendants/ managers you will ever meet. I know that when I visit here it's like being at my second home. Everytime I'm in this location this is my first choice, rooms are so clean thanks to Mr.Danny and Ms. Cookie the nicest housekeepers ever, they are very hardworking and dedicated to every aspect and every detail including the small ones of their daily duties. I appreciate them all! Thanks for a wonderful, peaceful, and relaxing stay. Will most definitely be back!
