Very disappointing. Not what i expect from this brand

Extremely disappointing stay at this usually good brand of hotels. Maintenance issues abound. Coffee pot didnt work. The front desk didnt even check my ID before issuing a replacement key for the one I had locked in my room. When my room was cleaned the toiletries and such were not restocked. I had to go to the front desk each day to restock. I have logged a formal complaint and hope they can get back to standards.

Dishonest and Dishonorable

I will start by saying the prices they put online are misleading. You will pay $100 more. I paid as much for one night at this hotel as I did for three at Comfort Inn. Dishonest! I spent one night there the weekend of the 7/30. I had noisy neighbors with unruly teenagers in their room. They kept slamming the doors and banging on the walls all night. At least 20 times that night they ran in and out of the room slamming the door and arguing with each other, then going back inside and beating something against the wall. When I looked outside to see what the ruckus was about, one of them angrily walked towards me like he wanted to bump into me. I called the front desk and they didn't do anything. After two weeks of waiting on management to address my complaint, they're saying I'm a liar. I've been given two different names for the manager who handles refunds. Nobody has called me back. Nobody has tried to make it right. Management doesn't care about their customers, they just want to fleece them. Dishonest, dishonorable, immoral! If you have a noise complaint here, just call the police because management doesn't care about you.

I enjoy the Warrenton property and stay there on a regular basis. Cindy, Denise and the front desk staff welcome you with a smile and make you feel welcomed. The rooms are clean beds are comfortable and the showers are the best of any IHG properties I stay. Most weeks I travel tuesday thru friday and I always stay at IHG locations. There are some very nice restaurants in the Warrenton area as well !!

Clean and comfortable room, professional and friendly staff, better than expected breakfast -particularly nice to have turkey sausage (they had pork too) and a pancake maker. I have stayed her before but it looks like they have recently redecorated.

Upon arrival, no room available, even though we had a confirmed reservation. Later, manager was supposed to call us back regarding our complaint, but we never received a call. Note: This entry field has a 200 character minimum per Trip Advisor.
