O hotel é bem confortável, limpo, boa localização, boa estrutura, internet funciona bem, bar é bom, mas o único ponto negativo, como na maioria dos hotéis, é o café da manhã. Nem daria pra dizer que é um chá, pq o chá é superior. café branco. Não tinha banana, uma fruta barata e comum. Tinha laranja apenas. Não vi iogurte e muito menos a salada de frutas. Só pecaram nisso. Achei o valor um pouco alto. Não havia muitas ofertas de outros tb, então, fiquei sem opção. Estavam caros.

Hotel com estrutura razoável e com concierges educados. Café da manhã bem servido e região bem tranquila para passar a noite. Chegamos em um grupo bem grande e sem reserva, mesmo assim fomos atendidos com gentileza e foi possível passar uma noite bem agradável.

What happened to this place ? They are racist scum that promote lies and misinformation . Stay far away. Gross misrepresentation of a fair market , safe, inclusive accommodation. Bait and switch . Don’t accept cash . Wack. Less than terrible. Third world trash

Extremely dissatisfied with this hotel, do not recommend

I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay at the Best Western Express; I will never stay here again and will not recommend it to anybody I know. I booked three rooms with two Queen beds each; upon check-in I was assigned three rooms with one Queen bed each. This was not the room type I booked, and with four adult men per room I clearly needed two Queen beds per room, which I had reserved well in advance. The staff member upon check-in stated they must have made a mistake with the booking, and only offered me one room with two Queen beds, as there was no further availability. This despite the fact I had made the reservations over ten weeks in advance on December 12th, 2022, and made them on the Best Western website directly, not on a third party booking site. I even called the hotel on two occasions leading-up to my stay to confirm my reservations; on February 8th, 2023 at 1030 hrs when I spoke to Linda, and on February 18th, 2023 at 0915 hrs when I spoke to Val. Both employees confirmed my reservations for three rooms with two Queen beds per room. Despite this major error by the hotel, I was only offered a nominal partial refund on my total reservation, and members of my group in two rooms had to use the small and uncomfortable pull-out couch. Furthermore when at the hotel itself, the lobby lounge was consistently overcrowded with dozens of children and families day-and-night who were treating the lobby like their own living room. Though not totally within the control of the hotel, staff certainly could have curtailed or controlled this behaviour better. The only positive about my stay was the continental breakfast; ample options and high quality hot food and coffee.

Ignorance , filthy , no shower curtain, instead of talking they yell and accuse , the staff would not communicate I requested the manager multiple times and did hear from him, the key cards would not open the doors spent most of my time walking back and forth from the desk to my room, the room was littered with dust and cob webs , u kild 5 spiders in a night , the staff are not kind , helpfull or knolagable very ignorant, I would rather stay in my car than ever go back there
