Just what we needed for a night's stay.
Employees were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and very happy to see we had a coffee pot and supplies in our room. Many places that have breakfast no longer provide that. We left too early to have breakfast so can't comment on it. We were attending a wedding at the Chapel & Loft at Cedar Ridge, which made this hotel the perfect choice because it's only about a mile away. Reasonable price helped, too. Would recommend.
Not what they tell you
I booked this online through they're website redirect and selected a specific room based on my needs. I selected a single queen room 211. When I arrived they told me that I was in room 110 with 2 full beds. I expressed that this was not the room I reserved and was told you dont get to pick the room you're in. And was given a room I didn't want because they were full. Mind you this was at 330 in the afternoon before actual check in time. So you're going to tell me that every person in the second floor where I booked has checked in. Unlikely. Don't let me choose a room and then not give it to me. Ridiculous. Room was outdated as everyone said. Bathroom is dark with a stand up shower. Does have microwave and mini fridge. No bed bugs so there's that. People above us were loud which was why I booked an upstairs room you begin with.
Worst hotel I've ever been in. Very, very dirty. Misquote price of hotel. Wrote to owner; NO response.
In May they quoted us a price for June. Came June, they upped the quote by $150. Terrible service. Dirty. Bugs. Had to practically beg for towels. Towels looked like they just changed the oil with it. Clean sheets looked dirty. Cleaning wasn't always weekly unfortunately. Wrote to owner; no response on refund. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy stay there. Loud. Airport right across the street.
Weekend getaway
This is the perfect place to spend a weekend with loved ones. Kind and adaptable service, cleanliness was excellent, well taken care of, located in a good place(not too far from local businesses), five minute drive to the nearest gas station and restaurants. Love this place!
Cozy cabin like
I stayed in room 211. The hall had a weird smell. One queen bed. The comforter I think was a little out of date. Had a little nice TV in the corner, microwave, and mini fridge. The ceiling fan was noisy when it was on and the light is in the ceiling fan it's almost pointless to even turn it on. Had a nice bathroom. It only had a stand in shower with a very high shower head. Other then that clean room. Only has one trash can would have liked another. Nice week stay for the price.
