Beautiful, historic home in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains. Our hosts were helpful, knowledgeable and proud of their home and business. Accommodations were very comfortable and convenient. The continental breakfast was perfect for starting your day in downtown Waynesville. We highly recommend this Inn while visiting Western North Carolina.

I was staying by myself on a full weekend and I could not have asked for a better experience. The inn is clean and within walking distance of the beautiful downtown. The owners are warm and inviting and took every opportunity to improve my stay and make me feel welcome. I enjoyed sitting on the spacious porch reading a book and drinking wine, playing music in the living room with the other guests, and chatting about our visits over a fresh breakfast. Truly a memorable stay!

Excellent B&B! Super, super clean. John was not there the weekend we were there but his wife, Debbie, was absolutely a superb host. They live on the property which I really liked. Debbie gave us tons of tips about the area we were exploring and by the end of the weekend felt we were friends. Don't hesitate to book this B&B. If you have trouble with steps however, since the house was built in the 1900s, please be sure to specify you need a lower floor room.

Listen, if you have the choice between this place or a hotel, pick this place. John and Debbie are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, accommodating. I am gluten free and they went out of their way to make sure I had enough breakfast. John knew so much about this historic area, as well as the amazing hikes to do in the area. Comfy, clean rooms with great bathrooms. We will for sure be coming back!

We came for an overnight visit to hike in the area and stumbled upon this gem. What a beautiful home and on “Love Lane” how perfect is that. Seems like a place in a Debbie Macomber book. We thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful continental breakfast and loved talking with the owners. This is our first visit to Waynesville, NC and we love it! We will be back!!
