Room was dirty, toilet seat looked like went through a meat grinder, bathroom floor was dirty, fridge still had stuff in it, floors under the beds were filthy to include garbage, dirt, and dust, pool hours were different than advertised, and staff was not very accommodating.

When we booked our room black, we were upfront that we were a hockey team and that we would need a place to gather in the hotel. We were told that wouldn’t be an issue but when we tried to get together, we were told we couldn’t.

Nice hotel, smelly room

The hotel, breakfast, and pool areas are nice, as is parking. I was very disappointed with our king suite room, though, as it reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke to the point that other members of the group we were traveling with commented about how bad it smelled.

Poor room and customer service

When I checked into my room the bathroom was disgusting. Fingernails on the floor, the door was never wiped down, mirror was nasty, the floor inside my room was dirty too. I brought it up, emailed pictures to the front desk and they finally cleaned my room around 1:30 the next day. I also brought up that my room was over a compressor that kept going off all night long waking my 10 year old daughter and myself up all night long. I also brought this up to the manager and she said she couldn’t move my room because they were completely full which I understand but she said she would make it right for me. I assumed I would get some kind of credit for my 3 night stay or something but I got nothing as the charge for my room just came out of my account for the full amount! Ugh!! That is horrible customer service especially with Covid still being around! Do not recommend this hotel for team events.

Very good staff. The place was very clean and nice. I couldn’t ask for a better place to lay my head and to shower. The breakfast was just right get and go or sit in and eat. It’s a good commute to my new job. Thanks Country inn and Suites for the hospitality
