There is trash, cigarette butts, and dog waste all over the property. Management doesn't respond to issues. People ignore the non-smoking policy inside and even hotel staff pay no attention to the "100 foot" rule... Guests and staff stand right outside of the hotel entries/exits. The place is noisy. The carpets in the halls are filthy. Staff turnover is high. Staff morale is low. Some staff are rude and seem to have no concept of customer service. Drug deals in the parking lot... Guests smoke pot inside and outside. They have actually run out of toilet paper!!! Some days there is no clean linen or towels available!

Stinks literally and figuratively

My first impression was a clerk who couldn't care less about me. When I opened the door to my room, it smelled like a VAPE SHOP! And the windows won't open. Next was the thin roll of toilet paper. I had to ASK for more (my first night). Last but worst, is what they call a breakfast! Coffee, oatmeal packets and stale muffins! It's cheap for a good reason.

Last minute decision. Friendly staff, clean rooms and affordable. My girlfriend and I slept great and enjoyed our stay. Now that I know every room has a kitchen we will use this brand for future vacations.

10/19/20: Stay away!.. unless you are section 8 or HUD in need of a place to stay! Pictures of this place are DECEIVING! If my phone wasn't left in my car I would have taken/posted. This place was DISGUSTING! The Smell in the hotel throughout was unbearable. I checked in and was put on 2nd floor. The room was horrible, cigarette burns on the tub, not sure if it was filth or mold around the tub. Went to front desk and changed rooms. This time 3rd floor, room 322. When I opened the door the Smell of death hit me in the face. The smell was coming out from the heating system. Back to the front desk I went. Now, the young lady at the front desk was so nice and understanding, even agreeing with me on the odor and cleanliness of the hotel. People smoking all over outside, I thought maybe there was a tailgating party going on. Very Scary and not being cleaned well at all. I got a full refund and found a new hotel. If you need a place for a few days or longer and want to save money on cooking your own meals... Go and stay somewhere else, you will save money by eating out and not paying for treatment of STAPH or God knows what else! STAY AWAY!!!

Room was not clean and dog poop all over outside

I stayed here with my 7 year old daughter for 2 nights while my dog had treatments done at a vet nearby. My dog was with us the first night then spent the 2nd night at the vets. As soon as we arrived I walked my dog over to a small patch of grass and there were 5-6 large piles of dog poop which my daughter stepped in before I could even tell her to watch out. Then we got to our room, after asking to be put on a top floor and they denied it but were on the 2nd of 4 floors. The room was dirty and disgusting. My dog found someones sock, my daughter found a plastic wrapper sitting on the chair, I found a fake nail on the floor in plain site and the room stunk!!! I felt very nervous taking my dog and daughter outside to walk the dog due to the location and clientele that seem to be living there. The first night we did not sleep at all due to the people above us stomping and dropping loud objects all night long and people running up and down the hallway. I took a sound machine since I have learned from experience but at the highest volume, we still could not sleep. I chose this hotel to save money due to paying for an expensive vet procedure but I will NEVER do that again. I am very appreciative that they allow dogs and that it is ridiculous that owners do not clean up after their pets but gosh....this hotel was dirty inside and out and smelled!!!!
