Last time I ever stay at a corporate hotel. Not with the price.

Unsafe - balcony room door opens onto shared smoking patio in secluded area. All other rooms have windows that are sealed shut. Smoke detector with two flashing leds above bed. No microwave in room or on premises. Gum on comforter. Rugs covered in spots. Room somewhat tolerable but not comfortable or relaxing. Typical chain hotel and not worth price. Poor social scene - full of corporate people drinking all day and sleazy looking guys (they were standing around in front of their BMW smoking cigarettes in front of hotel and gave me bad feeling.) Overall everyone seemed to be drinking heavily and were loud and annoying. Restaurant food was mediocre and not worth price. Annoying poor quality techno played throughout hotel. Neighborhood OK - about a ten min walk to the restaurants in the clematis street area. All the restaurants filled with annoying drunk people even during the day. I’m assuming because of the boat show it was worse than normal.

What a horrible place to stay. First there was no place to park my vehicle so the valet Try to get me to Parkette in an outdoor parking lot two blocks away. But because I have children and luggage, I had to fight them to let me park my car on the grounds. They then left it out on the street overnight. Second the rooms are not as advertised. We booked a one bedroom suite for $1300 and it wasn’t even a one bedroom. Finally the restaurant on the grounds were horrible. Staff were rude and after they screwed up my order, they trying to enforce a mandatory 20% gratuity. They could care less about customer service and instead of accommodating me for their screwup’s on my order the restaurant manager went to the hotel manager and the two of them literally began arguing with me over what amounted to $12. Horrible experience low class workers and poor customer service. Never again.

Extremely clean, spacious hotel. Excellent location, walking distance to key offices and coffee shops in West Palm Beach. Great service every time from valet and the front desk. I was particularly impressed by Juriel with Valet, who cheerfully helped me with my bags even though I was not carrying cash, and Dakota at the front desk, who went out of his way to ensure my visit went perfectly. Will come back here every time.

Arianna greeted us with a big smile. She was super courteous, friendly, and accommodating during our entire stay. Santiago was very happy and efficient in helping me borrow two of their complimentary bicycles. He even recommended the best/most desirable route to follow!

Dakota from the front desk provided top-notch world -class service. This is one of my favourite hotels in the world due to the incredible customer service. Thank you Dakota! I always stay here when I go to West Palm Beach and am always blown away by the amazing service.
