The hotel is very run down. The beds are not comfortable. There isn’t even a refrigerator or coffee maker in the room. You can hear all the noise from Pepe walking through the halls. The restaurant’s food was like eating frozen food. It would be worth the money to stay at the rainbow hotel

I I have come to this casino for the years they have made many improvements and the staff is very helpful and it's a fun place to go during the week it's not very busy the weekends becoming busier and I really enjoy the people their prices are very good compared to the other casinos and the food is as good as it gets in any of the other casinos any chance of rain in there I had a good as anyplace else have fun thank you Stephanie

Definitely nothing fancy here but the room was clean, comfortable and worked for a one night stay. And the price was right! We didn't expect much and it was fine. It was a weeknight and very quiet. There weren't many people around but at least the restaurant was open.

When getting removed from the casino was the only bonus ( win win ) I was disgusted by the "feeling" alone only to have security "JUMP ME" A scarcity feeling at best when not one single person is around in a casino ( MID DAY ) 2pm =========== RED FLAGS ========== No customers Bad customer service. Security is " offensive " They dont want you to win feeling because no money flow. Got thrown out and feel good about being removed is a huge answer.

Everything about my stay was horrendous last night. They had several broken slot machines and the ticket taker malfunctioned but I was never compensated after over two hours of trying to get this resolved. On top of this the room was disgusting the lights didn’t work the lightbulbs were burnt out in multiple lights. The whole non-smoking room smelled like smoke and weed it was disgusting I will never set foot in this place again.
