Work related trip; the WiFi was great and was able to work efficiently without issues. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. I will definitely visit again and possibly recommend to family and friends.

We had a little trouble with our door lock upon arrival but we were quickly moved to another room. Friendly and helpful staff! The three queen beds were perfect for our family. The room was clean and cozy! The bedding was comfortable, breakfast was great and the pool was the best hotel pool we have been to. The hot tub was hot and the swimming pool was a refract warm temperature! Our whole family enjoyed the pool and water slide! Would definitely stay again if we end up in town again :)

We try to stay at this hotel every summer and typically it doesn't disappoint. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff friendly. We've never had an issue. This summer however, the housekeeping was very disappointing. We were there 3 nights and the room never was completely cleaned. The front desk was very apologetic and took our name and number saying they'd have management contact us, but that never happened which was even more disappointing. It wasn't bad enough to keep us from staying here, but since we paid the same rate every night, we expected the same level of service. Hopefully in the future this will not be an issue.

Probably the best place in westlock to stay but housekeeping is slack sometimes, some days don’t he bed wasn’t made up only garbage cleaned. Front desk is always great to deal with. The gym could use a fan to help keep cool.

Friendly service. Clean rooms everything was nearly perfect excellent access from outside doors to the rooms family really enjoyed themselves good times had by all in the group. Great service would use the Ramada again
