Very charming accommodation - away from the city center

Lanhaus Diedert is a very charming accomodation in a traditional country style. There is loads of parking available. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly. The bathroom unfortunately only had a bath tub without any shower cutain etc, which made showering a bit of a challenge. The breakfast buffet had a limited choice but was still good (taking the price into account). Overall very recommendable if you want to stay county style in a relaxed atmoshere.

Perfect for families with kids!

Stayed here for 2 weeks and it's perfect for kids. They have a nice garden with swing and another playground area which is perfect for small kids to play around in while you sit on the sun chairs drinking a chilled Riesling! We had the suite room which is good with the kids despite it being on the top floor. The cleaning service is spotty and we found some cobwebs and lights that were not working but these were small inconveniences compared to the nice homey environment of the hotel. It is also a nice walk to the fasienerie tier park which the kids love!

What a GEM..... our best find for Wiesbaden

We booked this place online as it was just off the beaten track and 4km outside of the city centre of Wiesbaden. What a stunning and tranqil setting they have here. Perfectly set between the large trees, great outdoor dining and awesome roons. This is defenately a place i will return to. Loved the stay and the dinner we enjoyed on the open area inder the trees was scrumptios and totally worth the stay.

well after a long 360mile motorbike trip to this place on way back from prague in 32deg heat we were sweaty etc an looking forward to relaxing, WRONG,, when i asked about booking a table up for dinner i was told that it was a private birthday party same night an no food available??? they wouldnt even do us a plate of chips,, well wont go into rest ov my rant but believe me not impressed at all,, nearist food outlet was a further 5km away so in the end went to petrol garage an bought bits in there, now hotel is nice an room ok but to be honest we felt we wern,t wanted. as for the breakfast at nearly £16 extra a couple i took one look an didnt bother,, few rolls/jams/ etc nothing worth that amount,, sad thing is they had my tel no/email address why didnt they contact me an i would have found someplace more inviting especially as i booked this 4wks previous,, dont like doing negative reviews but this place deserves it an more.

Landhaus Diedert is on the outskirts of Wiesbaden, but feels as though it's miles away from the bustle of the city. We had dinner under the trees (separate review), then spent the night in a ground-floor suite: tiled floors, rustic décor, fully equipped bathroom, incredibly comfortable bed which we only consented to leave when breakfast was served on the little private terrace outside the French windows... thanks, Oma (my mother-in-law, who looked after the kids for the weekend).
