Not Fancy But It Was Cheap

The biggest plus was the price and you rating of the property. I cannot support that rating. They are in the process of renovating and boy does it need it. The carpet has paint all along the edges. The pillows made us go get ours out of the car. The TV had an antenna leading to a paperclip. Only two channels even tried to come in but they wouldn't last enough to watch. The mattress was comfortable and we slept well so for the price I guess it was okay.

I made a reservation a month in advance that was "non-refundable". Unbeknownst to me was that the property was under renovation. Upon arrival the room assigned to me was not ready for occupancy and without other options, we had to go elsewhere. The management refuses to issue a credit to my account under the guise that it was sold as "non-refundable". Complete scam. Bait and switch. Absolute dump. They make a living selling weekly and monthly rates to transients if that will tell you anything. Too many other options in Winnemucca. Avoid this place like Covid19.

Dumpy and worn out

I can''t believe it got so many 5 star reviews. The place has not been kept up. Carpets worn and stained, side entry door from parking lot has crumbling door mat and concrete, parking lot is about 10 years past a resurfacing, room windows dirty (moisture stains inside double panes), pool area covered with big dirty tarp. Reservation said bottled water was available but none in room. I had to ask for it and they acted like it was a huge favor to get me a bottle of Costco water. For a few dollars more there were other much more up to date places to stay in Winnemucca.

Very friendly and the rooms are very nice for such a low rate! A nice surprise for 9:00 on a Friday night! The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Don’t know if we will be back this way again but if we do we’ll stay again!

This establishment is under new management. The place is very clean and the management is very helpful. I can’t believe that I will find people like Sam that will really get into details and help people like me. I am very thankful for the overall reception and assistance.
