Me hospedei durante 7 dias, é um excelente hotel com um excelente serviço de quarto e um restaurante 5 estrelas sem contar na excelente piscina aquecida. O unico ponto negativo é que a janela do meu quarto dava pra um corredor e isso é muito chato.
Banjo bowl stay!

We showed up 2 hours before checkin and was accommodated to get our room a little earlier the front desk lady was pleasant to talk too and have no problems checkin and out. She was the stand out for our stay! We stayed in the one bedroom suite it was nice but I feel we over paid by about 40 dollars a night to stay. We did have the breakfast buffet at Altos it wasn’t anything to write home about the serving staff was nice and made sure we always had coffee. The hotel was fully booked and we still didn’t have to wait for anything while there, we also enjoyed playmakers lounge for a couple of hours. Beer was cold and VLTs was available to us. We will return next year for the Banjo bowl and probably stay here again!
Moved last minute to a different hotel!

We were going to the Banjo Bowl. Booked hotel weeks in advance. King suite. $300! Called three days before game and said there was damage to some units and we were being moved to a different hotels miles away, downtown. We booked this hotel because of location and free shuttle to the game. No discount for our inconvenience, no offer to pay for a taxi for shuttle to the game, just a $20 voucher for food and drinks at their hotel bar (not even the place we are now staying). Said this was unacceptable but they don’t care. I’m sure Joe will write a scripted response apologizing for the inconvenience … it was him who approved the $20. Big whoop. Will never stay here again. Others have also been moved so I doubt there is actually damage. Shady and terrible customer service!
A Great Hotel for Family & Friends to Gather in South Winnipeg!!

100% just a fabulous stay with a Hotel Service Staff that was friendly, helpful, welcoming and enjoyable. Simple things like the front desk person lending us her personal umbrella to get through the rainy day to our car to pull it up our front under the covering at the hotel entrance. The restaurant staff, just super friendly and helpful with breakfast and our late evening pre order, all packaged up and waiting for us even after they had closed for the night. Very nice. The Indoor Waterslide and pool and hot tub area was a Big Hit with all of the Kids, both young and old. We had family from all over gathering for an event and the CanadInns Ft Garry was a perfect location to get together for our several days in Winnipeg. Thanks CanadInns People for your great service and being a part of our Family Gathering in August 2022!!
Needs a lot of imporvement

We had to book at the last minute. The room rate was pretty high, considering the condition of the facility. There were all kinds of strange people just milling about the parking areas. Lots of people standing outside leaning against the walls and getting high. You smell skunk weed everywhere you go in Canada - that's just the way it is, but the stench was constant and fairly prevalent here. Our rooms both had a musty smell blended with weed wafting in from other rooms. The room was generally outdated. The carpet was loose and coming up. There was a lot of stains on the curtains that appeared to be blood (seriously, not kidding). There was a lot of security, and they patrolled often. We also deduced that this is a residential hotel, which has permanent residents, as there was nursing staff visiting their patients. We found this odd. Also, they charge a $200 (CAD) room deposit, per room. This should have been a tip off about what we were getting into. The staff was friendly, and generally helpful - but more than one person told us they were new.
