Misleading...
First off, I booked this room through Priceline, that was my first mistake, they have had increasingly terrible standards for their rating system. This is a 2 star hotel, at best. We stayed in room 913. Here is my run down.... The Good... + first floor room, because no elevator. + affordable at $75 a night. + stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher + room 913 has a “fireplace”. The Bad.... - long term renters, felt like apartments - people hanging out in the parking lot - the couch was stained and disgusting - half a roll of toilet paper, none extra - the AC would freeze up, told to turn it off - no warm blanket on the bed - yellow stain on the mattress pad - lady bugs swarming the room - exterior is peeling paint and junky We will pass next time we are in Green Bay, it was not as advertised, very misleading.

BEWARE - You can book a room without ever finding that there are very high fees for having a pet ($150.00 in Green Bay) ONCE YOU GET THERE YOU MAY HAVE TO FORFET THE COST OF THE ROOM OR PAY THE $150,00!
Great value
We were limited in our choice as we needed a place with a kitchen that would accommodate a large dog AND a cat, but this was perfectly acceptable although certainly not deluxe -- but a little more than what I would expect for the very good price. (About $1500 for a 14-night stay, including pet fees and tax.) The sheets were very thin and there was NO breakfast due to COVID and the oven needed cleaning and the cleaners had missed a couple of spots in the bathroom (hair), but it had everything we needed (the only thing we had to buy was a cheese grater), was in a good location, and the staff was very nice.
Satisfactory
Spent 2 nights here and it was fine. Expected to have breakfast but due to Covid-19, that wasn't available. Bed was really comfortable. and the linens were nice and smooth. No housekeeping during our stay, which was also due to Covid. A housekeeper did deliver extra towels to our room in the morning, didn't have to ask for them. Staff seemed careful, wore masks and other precautions were evident which we appreciated. Quite spacious suite with a gigantic bathroom, nice little well equipped kitchen. It could use some updating, but it served the purpose. Location was ok, safe easy to walk mostly residential area.
Great Place
This suite had a full kitchenette that worked well. The space was well kept and very clean. The price was very reasonable for all the amenities of the space. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
