Hotel confortável em localização excelente

O quarto possui uma pequena cozinha equipada, enorme cama confortável, bom banheiro, sofa, escrivaninha e tv a cabo. O pessoal do hotel e prestativo e amigável. O hotel tem piscina, fica proximo a um conjunto de lojas e bons restaurantes para os quais se pode ir caminhando. De carro, fica perto de todos os demais pontos de interesse de College Station. No meio da semana o hotel oferecia uma "happy hour" com lanches e bebidas. O cafe da manha e bom.


What’s that smell?

I’m so confused by the high rating this hotel has. We were here for one night, thankfully not more. There was an odd smell in the lobby that was also present in the room… really odd, like I’m so nervous our clothes will have that smell. The couch had multiple large stains. When you sit out lay on a bed it should bend… not here. Sleeping on my side, my arm loss feeling from the hard surface… the floor Maddy have been softer. We’re post COVID arrival and I do not have confidence this room has ever been disinfected, the smell just. Says not clean. Please excuse the grumpiness of my review, I’ve had very little sleep, the smell is not good and we have a full day ahead. Glad I went with a suite to make sure we had room and would get .


Worst extended stay hotel service ever, don’t stay here

Poor service - worst of any extended stay hotel that I have stayed at during travel during the past two years while traveling to go locums ICU work around the country: - no trash pick up - no towel delivery, they expect you to carry your dirty wet towel downstairs to pick up new ones - kitchen faucet did not provide cold water , had to put in work order to have fixed the next day. Water came out warm to hot. I stayed in two separate units a month apart - I don’t get it? - no ice trays and no functioning ice maker in units during my stay - this was all in spite of sign posted on lobby check in desk about all one needed to was request lite touch service. I did during each of my stays and they don’t stand by their promises. I have stayed at other STAYBRIDGE suites in other cities providing far better service. Local owners here need to put more of their profits into hiring adequate staff to service their hotel. The hotel seemed well occupied. I called the front desk to complain and one of their other other responses was that they would. Not service rooms on weekends, the staff that was there was only there to turnaround rooms for new customers . Their sign doesn’t state that . I will be writing their corporate office. Again other branches of STAYBRIDGE provide excellent service and the individuals I encountered here were personable but unable to change local franchise practices. After 2 days of no pickup I finally put trash in hallways at night . It sat till morning before pick up . Other people throw uncontained trash out into hallway . Buy across from me had pizza overflowing and empty beer cans spilling onto rug. They expect customers to bring down towels to get new towels and was told explicitly that they do no provide any room service for existing guest over the weekend (trash pickup towels new bed makeup). Told this by two diff providers at front desk. Pics below show my trash In large bags that I brought otherwise it would have spilled all over the floor

Very dirty , Not safe . Three girls Emily, Megan (GM) and Allie so called working they gets customers (guys) numbers and ask them to do their jobs for them ie telling people to leave or really anything they don't want to do, or to go get them food . They let anyone off the streets walk in and out. Anyone is allowed to get in pool (homeless) even their dog. After two hours before Emily had a customer tell them to leave. She could not do it herself .Honestly they don't care or know who's coming or going unless you help them. Then they make sure they know your name and where your at at all times . Never have clean towels and the beds are completely horrible no cameras or security people cars are broken into. Pool furniture gets trashed nightly. And be aware your credit card will be charged multiple times due to the lack of training and knowledge. This place should do better the owners and staff should be embarrassed. Sharonda was amazing and her attention to everything / everyone is spot on no matter what times she worked. And always very helpful to everyone. I will be filling a formal complaint with the Health department and anyone else I need to. Big companies have already add this hotel the their blacklisted.


Trapped in the Elevator

The Hotel is nice, the staff was great at check-in. There was Hotel Manager's Social event that was a plus. The room was clean, the breakfast was fine. Overall a nice property. The issue I had was that Friday, February 21, at 6:30 am, I was in the elevator with 2 other guests when the power went out. We were between the first and second floors. The staff did not make any attempt to contact us, assure us that everything was okay, even after I called my business associate to let the front desk know were were trapped. For all we knew, the building could have been on fire. I assume that there is a standard, policy or procedure that addresses guests trapped in the elevator. I assume that the emergency generator was supposed to activate automatically, but instead, we were TRAPPED FOR 30 MINUTES until the maintenance man arrived to start the generator. The Hotel's emergency response plan, by my guess addresses these types of emergencies, but the staff obviously did not know what to do. They did nothing to check on the three of us once the emergency power brought the elevator to the first floor and the doors opened. Very disappointing, I hope Management reviews their policies, trains their employees, and reassures the guests that when incidents happen, they will be addressed in a professional manner.
