I stayed in room 201 during a party conference. The room was spacious and was recently refurbished. I had the room all to myself, so I could stack up on four gigantic pillows and I slept like princess. Tried both breakfast, lunch and dinner at the site and they were all wonderful. The house red wine was also reasonably priced. The bathroom was big, but if anything was to improved, it would have been nice to have a shelf somewhere to put all my stuff.

Went there for a business Christmas lunch. The vegetarians among us were just served a soup. The soup could have worked as a small starter, but it was obvious for everyone that it was not more than just that - a small starter. We left very hungry.

I was very positively surprised when coming to Bryne! I expected a gas station, a few farmers and a dodgy hotel. I considered staying in Stavanger even though my business meeting will take place in Bryne. But I arrived in a modern and refurbished «hotel Jæren« in an updated modern small-town with handsome farmers (?)! The center was well organised and there is a small but good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Right beside Jæren hotel there is a small lake with a small nice walking path around, surroundlyd by outdoor tables and chairs etc. The hotel itself is by 2020 modern with warm and balanced colors. Never thought a bulding from the 70’s could look this good, but with the right paint, carpets and furniture it works. Also drove by Ogna. Beautiful area with unspoilt beach.

This is a tired Hotel the rooms needing redecorated/ upgrading The first week I stayed down stairs in one of the basement rooms the bathroom was not very clean and had a drain problem causing the room to smell

I stayed for 2 nights at the hotel which is conveniently situated for where I work on Bryne. The Hotel is a very short stroll to the shops etc over a small foot bridge and the hub of Bryne appears to be here in my estimations. Few food places and bars on hand however the hotel offers a good breakfast so likely other food is good as well. (Shall try when I return) Breakfast was from 5.00 and the hotel is approx 20 mins to the Stavanger Sola airport. Rooms were very clean and warm with bath and shower within. I was happy with the hotel.
