Beautiful hotel with fantastic hosts

This gem of a b&b comes recommended This place comes highly recommended We stayed here in October for 3 nights and we fell in love with it. We stayed in the deluxe double room. It was simply beautiful and clearly someone has put a great amount of thought into the design and decor which was every inch a designer boutique hotel. It was also completely immaculate and the spa bath was incredible, with hot water on demand and it filled up nice and quickly. The view over the palm tree forest was an incredible sight to wake up to first thing in the morning, with floor to ceiling windows,it felt like you were in amongst the tree tops. The hosts are truly the kindest and sweetest and will do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They don't speak English but we managed to get along using google translate and they have a series of answers prepared for questions guests may have on arrival. The breakfast on the weekend was lovely and made by the lovely hosts themselves. The midweek breakfast is brought in from an outside company and left on your door handle. It wasn't our favourite but others may like it. The only thing that didn't work in our room was the WiFi but that wasn't for the lack of our hosts trying to accommodate our needs and to be honest it was quite nice not to have constant access to phones and laptops. The WiFi works just fine in reception and other floors. The hotel itself is just 10 minutes by taxi or bus to the lake and can br organised by the hosts. The restaurant opposite is also very nice but be warned the menu is not in English. The staff helped us pick out some food which was delicious though and we tried some things we may not have chosen ourselves if it had been in English. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would have no problem recommending it to others.

Very nice, but other hotels are closer to Sun Moon Lake

Nice hotel, not too far from Sun Moon Lake (just a short taxi ride). It was a little difficult to find at first - it's to the north of Yuchih. Follow the main road (number 21) north until you're about 100 m past 7-11 and it's up a hill on the left. The breakfast was good and had a wide selection of different foods (mostly Taiwanese). Room was a good size and had an interesting bathroom - with only a glass partition separating it from the bedroom!!

訂完房後，看到有些人的評論，有好有壞，很怕踩雷😂但實際來住覺得很不錯，店家服務也很好，早餐也不錯吃，房間也都不錯🏩就是離老街有ㄧ小段路，會推薦朋友來住😊

非常不推薦不優的民宿！

起初看到網上評價很高，到官網看到照片也覺得很美，滿心期待後到達目的地，整棟外觀看起來舊舊的，價位也很高一晚台幣4000，一到房間整間看起來與照片不符，冷氣非常不涼，還限制只能開到最低25度，說再調低會冷氣結冰漏水，開了30分鐘依然很熱，晚上睡覺很多隻壁虎輪流叫，牆壁也有，門外地上也有，根本在演交響樂曲，整晚與男友完全睡不好也一直被熱醒，然後早餐也非常簡單和普通，覺得收這個價位沒有得到這種價位的品質，4000覺得都可以去住好的飯店和旅館了，只是想要體驗民宿的風情，沒想到搞得整個晚上都無法好好睡覺！棉被也是蓋的身體養養的，非常不推薦，冷氣事情跟服務人員反應只說叫我們把窗簾拉起來 開風扇，收這麼高價格，為什麼不換一台冷氣?還是非常舊式的冷氣，限制房客不能開低於25度，這真的太扯了！這真的是我住過品質最差卻收這麼高價格的民宿！

房間很美，感覺很舒適，尤其是全景的落地窗很讚，但隔音不是很好的感覺，也可能是因為其他房客太大聲，都可以聽到隔壁的吵鬧聲，早餐普通。
