Booked this hotel through Priceline and it was represented as a 2.5 Star hotel. This hotel is a disaster broken windows--blood or blood like substance on the pillows--stained bed sheets--sanitary napkin of shower floor.

Pleasant spot and Clean

We got stuck in Yuma due to car rental problems and had to make a quick choice. The Arizona Inn was close and moderately priced. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful with local directions. The room was clean and the bed quite comfortable. Decent quality sheets and towels. We had a fridge and microwave and coffee maker. No breakfast included.

This review is a year late and I feel bad for waiting so long to post it. All I want to say is that I had a great time at the Arizona Inn & Suites and that it is run by very nice people. When we forgot some clothes at the room after checking out, the management mailed them cross country so we could get them back. That was incredibly nice. There was no reason for them to do that, but they still did it. Thank you very, very much! If I am in the area I will stay with you again!

Fourth stay

Arrived late in day with reservation. Opened door and there were many different insects on floor especially in bathroom but too tired to complain. Next night, I awoke at 11pm with a bug crawling on my arm. Threw it off and looked with a flashlight under the bed and behind the headboard and was disgusted enough to pack my bags and leave. Left early last time and was told I had an extra night coming but when I returned, they refused. Also told if I called them directly would get a better price, refused to give me even a little reduction. Too many other places cleaner and same price.

Pleasant staff and minimalist exterior

As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I was happy to note the exterior of the motel was very basic and subdued - something I can appreciate. The front desk person was pleasant and helpful. The first room I checked into was a bit on the small side, but was sufficient for one person. After dropping off my belongings, I attempted to take a shower as it was a hot day. Unfortunately, the knob came right off (no screw present?!) so I was not able to turn the water on. Thankfully I was able to switch rooms, as it didn't seem like a maintenance person was available to fix the knob. Once I switched rooms, I was able to shower without incident. The room, like the first one, was smaller and had few outlets. Although a mini-fridge was present, it was not running because it was unplugged. After moving the cabinet, I was able to plug it in and it worked pretty well. A microwave and coffee maker were present, which also functioned properly. Wi-fi was free and worked well, no issues there; the same can be said for the television (no free premium channels, if I recall). The motel was not far from various food options and the overall region seemed safe enough. Parking was free, though no gates were present. A few things to note: *the carpet was quite dirty, so make sure to wear slippers/shoes at all times *the room was not very clean overall, just kind of run-down and in need of a refresh *Air conditioning works, but just barely keeps the temperature comfortable (must shut door to bathroom) *dead cockroach found on my comforter (thankfully before I slept) - I did mention it to the front desk/maintenance, but they didn't seem too concerned. If you are looking for a fairly cheap option in Yuma, this place might be ok, but you may want to look elsewhere if any of the issues above are a concern.
