Great staff, clean, and value for the $
I’d like to compliment hotel management for the great staff they have at this hotel. Everyone has been very helpful. In particular Grace was very nice, patient, and capable when I asked to move our arrival and departure dates around which I had to do a couple times. I’m sure this was a lot of work for her and she did this with a wonderful attitude. I’ve been a regular guest here for many years and it’s the service, cleanliness, and value that have me returning several times a year. Thank you.
Outstanding Staff!
Thank you Wingate staff for welcoming this solo Christmas guest. Each staff member had a smile and hello during these virus times. The Wingate is an older venue but very clean featuring large rooms with flat screen t.v. with several channels for news and sports. The grab and go breakfast each morning was basic and filling. Parking was easy. Highly recommended for the price range. Staff-keep up the good work I experienced at Christmas time.
Mask not necessarily a must. You can choose if you want to wear them or not, just ask Cody at the front desk!
Hint: bring your own coffee creamer and sweetener. POSITIVE NOTE: Penny’s grill across the street is AMAZING AND KIND!!! GREAT COFFEE, Malts, burgers and breakfast. Brittany and Larry were just wonderful!
Excellent Experience
My wife and I were extremely pleased with the room, service, and appearance of the property. We stayed three days and enjoyed our room. We were also impressed with the help of staff to find various tourist venues.
Great trip
Staff is very helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Management is excellent and willing to help. I stay here every year and have already booked my room for next year. They make you feel like part of the family.
