Muito bom , recomendo 😊 staff incrível ! A comida também era incrível ! Sempre muito simpáticos e preocupados . A localização e excelente ! Para o ano voltarei ao mesmo hotel ! Um obrigado ao donos que nos trataram sempre muito bem

Went as a family of three for 2 weeks. The resort was clean, lovely pool and the staff were amazing. The food was delicious. Absolutely no issues with anything. It’s situated right on the main strip in Laganas. I didn’t hear any noise outside but we didn’t go during peak season. The only noise we had was from another venue over the loudspeaker.

Injury due to Hotel Negligence

Awful experience - within hours of arriving I cut my foot on an uncovered jet on the pool floor. Had to attend a medical centre where I was given 4 stitches in the sole of my foot, a tetanus jab and antibiotics. Not allowed to get the foot wet or weight bear for the rest of the holiday. Since returning, the wound reopened, resulting in 10 days of being signed off work. Jet2 have repeatedly ignored my emails; the last one sent was 8 weeks ago. The hotel have also ignored messages. Awful experience, ruined holiday, and out of pocket due to medical expenses and time of work. Absolutely disgusting service from Jet2 and Club Zante Plaza. I would never recommend this hotel to stay in, as H&S is obviously not important- they can’t even be bothered to correspond. I will be seeking legal representation on this. AVOID

GREAT STAFF AND VERY CLEAN

Great place, right on the strip and 2mins from the beach. the whole complex was very clean, the maids cleaned our room and changed our beds and towels every day, the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us, especially Dennis the barman, I went with 3 girlfriends, and he went over and above his duties to make sure our holiday was perfect, the food was freshly prepared every day with theme nights, the sous chef was very friendly and helpful. One of my party had a birthday and they arranged a cake for her, and all sang happy birthday, will definitely be going back next year, I can't wait and Dennis if you read this, gool luck with your wedding this Saturday 5th Nov, wishing you both a wonderful day. What a friendly hotel. Travelled late in season,so things were much quieter—- just what we needed. Staff helpful & rooms spotless & adequate for a weeks stay. Food plentiful & fresh. 200m to beach. Would definitely stay again.
