Great Hotel in a good location.

Well located Hotel in the middle of the city. Shopping and sightseeing very close by. The reception was very friendly and helped with every question. The rooms are spacious and offer a clean environment. The facilities are good and fitting to the size of this hotel. My experience in this hotel was very positive and I can recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to travel for business or vacation. I’m looking forward for another visit in this hotel. One thing I did enjoy a lot, as a diamond member I did receive a free upgrade in the room size. The few from the 32nd floor over the river and the city was beautiful. I am grateful for this upgrade and I loved every minute of my stay.

My wife and I stayed a couple night at this beautiful hotel while visiting my wifes parents in zhuzhou. Room was beautiful on the 35th floor with beautiful viwes of the city and river. Had a issue with air conditioner and the management was so quick to take care of situation offering us a upgrades room, and bringing orange juice and desserts to are room to say sorry for the inconvenience! A very big thank to the manager Martin Yu For being so helpful and sincere. My wife and I had to catch a 6am taxi to the teain station, when we came down to lobby a wonderful young man broyght us coffee and some rolls to take with us!!!!!! Wonderful and caring staff!!!!! Wonderful place to stay!!!!!!!

Even though our stay in Changsha was brief it was from start to finish immaculate thanks to the team at Zhuzhou Hilton. We arrived late on and despite only having 20 mins to take in happy hour at the lounge the concierge team whisked us to our room and got us to the lounge for a good buffet meal and a couple of quick drinks. The room was outstanding and the hotel was so elegant I still wish we had been able to stay longer. Special mention to the driver who picked us up at Changsha airport after a long day climbing Tiananmen Mountain in Zhangjiajie. Driver was really courteous and full of information as we drove to Zhuzhou. This Hilton is a credit to the brand and I would absolutely come back one day.

Very good location. It is very convenient to central of the city. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast had lots of choices. Food quality is good.Room is clean and comfortable. The view from hotel is beautiful.

The Hotel Hilton of Zhuzhou, China is in a class all by itself in every category. If you are travelling anywhere near Zhuzhou stay here and you'll understand my high praise and why I rank it as the best hotel I've ever stsyed in. Ask for the Manager Julie
