Hotel com infraestrutura excelente. Algumas facilidades próximas para quem não tem carro. O wifi funciona perfeitamente e existe a opção de apart hotel. Ou seja, você pode cozinhar no seu quarto, pois nele tem-se fogão e geladeira. Recomendo o hotel para famílias que querem estar longe do agito de Miami.
We checked in easily. Walked into the hotel room, smelled very musty , so we tried to turn the AC down maybe that would help, but you cant control from inside room. Got settled for a little bit. To our amazement we found the most disgusting “thing” under the bed. Lets just say it was an (adult apparatus)so very gross. We packed our stuff right back up. Went to the front desk, she asked if we wanted another room. Umm yeah don’t think so. She said oh sorry & she would’t charge us for the night gee thanks.
Stay Far Away - Not Up to Marriott Standards
This property is so far below Marriott standards that they should just take off the Marriott sign on the building and rename it to "Your Neighborhood Rundown Motel" As others have said, the front desk staff is unhelpful. The person who checked us in didn't acknowledge our Marriott status, which is part of the standard script. Then she did something that essentially canceled and rebooked our room at a higher point value. So this property stole points from my Marriott account. I asked for a manager to call me, it's been 5 days and no phone call. Plus this property does not honor any requests in your Marriott profile. I guess this place must be full of all Ambassador members with higher status than my Ambassador status. Tonight was the final straw. After our room was not serviced today, DND was on the door from 4 - 4:30 while we got ready for dinner. Housekeeping had full access the other 11.5 hours we were out of the room. We even told the person who was cleaning on our floor at 4PM that we were getting changed for dinner and would be out in a half hour. He acknowledged the conversation, but clearly used it as an excuse to not do his job. When I went to the front desk to inquire I was told our DND was on the door (all of a half hour). I then told her that a manager had never called me back as requested regarding their mistake on my points. This woman (without a name tag) stated she was a manager. Not sure if that is true since she could have just been someone off the street. This individual stated that it's Marriott's problem and not their issue. Without even wanting to hear the story she was dismissive. Way to treat your members with the highest possible status in Marriott. Typically in most other properties when you have DND they will leave a message on your phone. It was only when I went to the desk and was told by the unidentified person. Breakfast was terrible. Very inconsistent in restocking. And on our last day there was a piece of plastic in the eggs! The parking lot feels unsafe. One night there were two individuals hiding in a dark back corner of the parking lot. And there was a pick up truck parked out front our entire stay with a busted front window. But don't worry the police were there often during our visit. Overall the worst part about this place is the staff. They just don't care about your business. This is consistent from our first visit a few years ago. Nothing has improved at this place, it has only gotten worse. They are rude, inconsiderate, and just don't care. A complete waste of my Marriott Reward points. I will never stay here again and nobody should.
The hotel is very clean. The beds are not queen but full size. Very soft and mattresses could be replaced. The sleeper sofa is horrible. Extremely thin and you feel coils. Went to the front desk to ask about the sleeper sofa and they called a manager. Suggestion was to put blankets under the mattress. Housekeeping brought two thin blankets and said they had no more. We are Marriott loyal customers and this was a huge let down.

ignorance and laziness are unwelcome qualities in a front desk representative. hotel is the budget most of the marriot chain in this parking lot motel clearly they don't invest in at least one of their representatives.
