I had a great stay at Extended Stay America , the employees had great customers and were friendly I recommend my friends and family to stay at here .the prices are convenient and reasonable to be able to pay with out any problems.
Worst "MOTEL" Ever
I typically do not leave reviews bir people need to be aware of this location. My husband and I found ourselves at this location on Christmas day due to my father being hospitalized nearby in critical condition. Upon arrival there was trash everywhere and the place itself was sketchy. As I was in a hurry to get to the hospital, I proceeded inside. Wow. The guests here look a bit rough and were hanging out in the lobby and outside wandering around. There were beer cans on the grounds and people sleeping in vehicles outside. Once in the room, the lights were so dim and the place was very dated. The hallways seemed as though from a horror film. After realizing we were not in a safe environment we quickly asked for a refund and checked out to find a safer place for the evening. Now I am left to fight the company for a full refund on a terrible room we couldn't even stay in for 5 minutes.
Great service from Keisha ... I love how she conducted herself in a buisness manner and provided us with the upmost respect. I would recommend her for a award if I could do so. The room we selected was also very spacious.
Its been great
I have really enjoyed staying here. Its been peaceful and the staff is the best. Hot coffee and morning food every morning and towels or other supplies you need are available. I have never had to use extended stay so I am very satisfied.
Very disappointed-probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had
Having stayed at an extended stay in the past I had certain expectations going in to stay here for a professional building college trip. After getting to the room we were disappointed that it was only one bed and a pull out. But that was our problem with the person who booked the room but it only got worse. The TV looked as if someone had taken a knife to it, the pullout had an extra sag which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on, and the majority of the time the toilet did not flush properly. I complained about the toilet numerous times but it was never sufficiently fixed. The elevator had a terrible smell and it looked as if the person who knifed the TV in our room had had a blast in the elevator as well. The breakfast was a bit lacking. They could have offered some fresh fruit but instead it was granola bars packaged muffins and instant oatmeal with coffee and hot water. Seeing as I usually stay at 2 and 3 star hotels I do not have insane illusions about what a hotel stay should be like but this was terrible. We were also limited in that we pretty much had to stay in that room because this hotel was overbooked due to the recent tornado that had hit Dallas. So because of that we had to live with a not properly functioning toilet. The only saving grace for this hotel was that the staff was really nice. The staff also promised me a voucher to stay at any location for X number of days which I greatly appreciated the gesture of. However it’s been over 2 weeks and the voucher has not arrived so I am starting to wonder if it was just lip service to avoid a bad review. I would not stay at this location again unless they fixed their facilities up and got rid of the smell in the elevator it was that bad.
