O hotel é fantástico, quartos e camas amplas e muito confortáveis no lado sul (fiquei hospedado neste lado). Espaços muito agradáveis, limpos e amplos. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e muito eficientes. Todas as refeições são muito variadas e muito saborosas. Água das piscinas é excelente.
Our holiday experience
First time at this hotel, on first appearances we were not sure if we would enjoy our stay here as everything seemed too close together ie the pool, the restuarant and the accomadation. The sports bar is very very small not suitable for a large amount of people and all the entertainment was outside but after a day or two the friendleness of the staff and the quality of the apartments changed our minds. We met a lot of lovely people and at the end of the holiday we would gladly have stayed longer. And we have already booked again for next year.
If disabled don’t go
Thought really long about the feedback arrived 8th January 2020 at 8pm got to reception was greeted by old man gave him the paperwork he put the all inclusive bands on then he shown us a map where our room was soon as he said zone 5 I new it was a distance to walk as I’m disabled on walking sticks then said sorry that to far to walk did state I email the hotel asking if I could go in zone 2 as that where bar restaurant swimming pools he said no you go come back tomorrow speak to the manager walked out the reception upset after finding zone 5 3 blocks away cross main road took me 25 minutes to walk there got in room and expecting a studio room what we paid for It was 1 bedroom apartment when open the door was swimming pool but everyone was self catering we paid all inclusive got up next morning walk to reception another 20 minutes walk I asked to speak to a manager youngish guy came to the desk still struggling to breathe I explained that walk to far asked why I was put in zone 5 ? He said zone 4 and 5 are on the beach told him I couldn’t do the walk by this time I was crying couldn’t believe what he said next you not paid enough money to stay in zone 2 if you want stay in zone 2 you got pay €120 which I new I had to pay or otherwise I would of been stuck in zone 5 asked for the room number where we be moving to he said 201 but cleaner there come back in 30 minutes so we went in search for room 201 finally found it was tucked away in tiny corner no sun was there then seen cleaner moving all there stuff out they use it as storage area went straight back asked for another room he said got pay even more money told him give me my €120 back which he did then he said on the beach not paid enough money jet2 pay more we tried next day to walk to hotel but was to much and upsetting to get to the restaurant you had get down steep set of stairs went in reception asked where the lift was so can go in the reception was told no lift only those steep steps tried to get down them finally got down had look around then said let go back to our room just as we leaving saw 2 men helping someone down in a wheelchair couldn’t believe what I was see with all upset and stress couldn’t wait to go home paid all inclusive then landed going sell catering spent fortune in spar next door was so pleased that there was taxi rank outside Update came home 16th January not feeling to good I went to the doctor told her about stress I had at hotel she sent me straight away to a&e done all test then was told I had heart attack spent 6 days in hospital this hotel doesn’t care about you only interested getting more money from highest payer definitely won’t recommend this hotel if you’re disabled there nothing around the area only spar hotel put on free bus to the beach but not playa dingles beach where Mac Donald is and beautiful beach is take you to lighthouse beach and not lot there I have contacted on the beach those going do there own investigation looked at our paper work when we got home we paid £700 to the hotel then flights all that was extra so it cost just under £1,000 so £100 day to the hotel? Do get free WiFi in the rooms these are pictures of the steep stairs as you can see from the picture there no handrail on the bottom stairs This is 100% honest feedback
Almost 5 Star
All of the facilities were very good with the exception of the Sports Bar, sadly there were barely over 50 seats in the bar znd considering the occupancy of the resort and the coolness of the evenings, clearly the size of the room not withsgsndind the lack of seating. There needs to be a re-think for a good size Lounge Bar. Yes, I do accept that in the summer, not so many guest my want to drink inside, but the present size is inadequate
We have just returned from our 10 day holiday and we all was very pleased with the hotel. Everything from the rooms, the food and staff were great. Huge mention to the animation team and the trainees as they were absolutely fantastic! From the day games, kids club, around the hotel and mini disco they never lost their energy and always smiling! We have already booked to return and cannot wait to come back.
