Nice, but, WARM REFRIGERATORS !!!
All good except for NON OPERATING FRIDGE as advertised. I loved the room & location. But my numerous complaints of WARM FRIDGE NOT WORKING fell on deaf ears. I was told "they work fine". Duh... false advertising!!!
Clean and comfortable, but location was a little rough.
Everything was great, except location. Your litterly rock throwing distance of a oil refinery and basically on a truck stop. Other than that rooms were clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Breakfast was not bad either.. just your litterly on a truck stop and oil refinery.
Inconsistent business practices
Stayed here two nights while in town on business. I pay cash per my companies policy. When I tried to pay for the third night I was told had to pay $250 deposit. New clerk, new rules. I left and went down the street to Super 8. Paid with cash no problem.
After booking a king suite through Expedia and an adventure finding the hotel we checked in. We had been on the road for 10 hours so before checking our room, we went for dinner. When we returned to the hotel and entered our room we were shocked to find a small room with a king size bed. The room also reeked of cigarette smoke. We went to the front desk and she was insisted it was the room we booked...even though I had an email confirming the room with picture. She then called the manager who blamed Expedia for the wrong info being supplied to me. We were not happy and said we would take the room, but would put a complaint in to Expedia. She then told me she was refunding my money and asked us to leave the hotel. Great customer service. We left and went to the best western where we were treated very well.
Booked 2 rooms for 3 days, asked if there was some sort of a discount, nada. Couldn't care less, price is what the price is. Been a Wyndham member for years, didn't matter. Room went from 100 bucks to 160 bucks to 120 bucks.No water pressure in my room, asked for 2 days to have maintenance have a look, finally they did and when you turned the water on in the sink it just ran out onto the floor from underneath. Guess he didn't bother to turn it on.Not the Baymont's best effort in my opinion. I was there to move somebody out of Midland, smart move.
