Never go to this hotel

Was very upset at this hotel. Not cleaned where both rooms. And the service was not up to covid rules. We left after 2 hours after check in. Never got a discount on our stay from the manager. Will not stay here

It was ok. Place was decently clean, pretty dated. The breakfast is like a muffin and juice box. Pool was closed. Front desk wasn’t very communicative. I might stay again, but would likely try out somewhere else to stay first. There was hair in my tub (not mine) which was pretty gross, and the first room I was in had spider webs on the ceiling so I asked to be moved rooms. Second room was definitely better.
Great family and pet friendly stay

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Coast Abbotsford Hotel this year.
I love taking local mini getaways with my boys and am always on the lookout for affordable fun activities, and great places to stay that are pet friendly and offer some extras like a pool and free breakfast.
We stayed for the first time for a few days during Spring Break, and most recently for another few days as a little end of the school year getaway.
We love the Fraser Valley, and this hotel is conveniently located in the middle of many attractions. Within a few minutes drive is Castle Fun Park, Eco Dairy, and Birchwood Farms, 15 minutes to Cultus Lake, and within a half hour of Harrison.
Due to covid, unfortunately the pool and the normally included continental breakfast buffet had to be closed. However, they do offer a nice little takeaway snack package that consists of a muffin, granola bar, juice box and a piece of fruit.
The staff were friendly and welcoming and since once again, due to covid, services were limited and daily housekeeping was not offered, anytime we needed extra supplies they were brought to us promptly.
Another compliment I must mention is the flexibility of the staff in accommodating my late check out request. Due to a medical condition, we need extra time in the mornings for treatment and medication purposes which can take a while.
Not having to rush and be given as much time as we required was a tremendous help and we are very grateful especially to the housekeeping staff for this.
All in all, a great stay at a reasonably priced hotel. (Although I do have to comment that the “suites” in the name is a bit misleading, I tried to book a “suite” but was told there were no “suites” at the hotel.)

We had a great stay here to cool a bit from the cruel heat. Quick check in, 12$ received as Expedia VIP perk (at AW restaurant). The hotel is very nicely kept, clean, Covid 19 protocols were in place (because of this reason, the pool was closed). The room was in the quiet part of the hotel. There was a big fridge available, microwave, coffee machine. Very clean in the room too. The breakfast was prepared in boxes every morning (juice, fruit, muffin, granola bar). There were a lot of free parking spots available on the property. The property is close to restaurants (Spaghetti Factory), a BC Liquor store, AW, Save on Foods and other stores.
Gem of a Hotel

Excellent location with ease of access to stores, restaurants, such as the Spaghetti Factory. Seamless transactions from booking in to check-out. Professional and polite staff ensured the hotel was sparkling clean and the yard immaculately groomed.
