Quite Old, some inconvenients, but quite acceptable.

Old hotel. Small beach. Not many options for meal. Not good drinks. In the restaurants there are not many options to eat. Waiting time for getting eggs is crazy! Like 30 minutes! Employees are approaching you to be part of the Royal Member Club or something like that, the program is not bad, but they insist much! Drinks are not good and in the beach there is no frequent service. Entertaining Activities not very interesting, not night shows or open bars or discos at night. For New Year’s Eve.. needed to book for dinner in one of the restaurants… it was forever to book that.. people was there for almost 2 hours waiting! Very inefficient this process! Rooms and hotel clean in general. Food tastes ok. Service is Ok… You can find better options.

Al the activities were awesome thanks to Ulises the water aerobics instructor and the karaoke night. Thanks to Yadira the new girl she is so cute. And by the way Charly está bien guapo. Thanks for everything.

Nice Resort, not so much English spoke here

Reviewed 17 july, 2021

Check in was not the best as they did not track our credit from a 2020 cancelation as they closed due to covid. But finally someone like a GM helped to fix. Not too many staff spoke English. Not a big selection of mixed drinks and food was good but would have been nice to have more variety including American choice mixed with Mexican choices. Rooms cleaned daily were nice. Overall it was relaxing and we stayed at pool all the time.

Pool needs updating

Reviewed 14 june, 2021

Great location and customer service but amenities need a ton of upgrading such as pool and AC units in the rooms. The food was good tasted like authentic Mexican food. The bar staff, specially Filiberto made our trip more enjoyable!
