Not what I expected
The hotel is new and nice looking. Very modern design, good size rooms. Breakfast was just OK. Complimentary welcome drinks was a nice touch. However... our room was not clean at all. The bathroom floor was nasty. Lots of hairs in the shower. That part was Very disgusting :( and because of that... Very Disappointed. If room floor, bathroom floor and shower would be clean, I would definitely recommend this place. Verdict: 1 Star for cleanness, 4 stars overall.
Great choice for business
Great service from hotel staff. The restaurant offers variety and the food is good. Internet is a plus, you can use from wherever you are and still get same quality. Good rest, comfortable rooms. Free bottles of water every day!

Pretty good, but could be better
I stayed here for 2 weeks on business. This place is very new. The hotel staff is fantastic, the bed is comfy, and the TV works just fine. There is a nice restaurant and bar where everything on the menu is pretty good. The bad: the breakfast isn't great and the breakfast menu never changes. Also, the hot water has issues during peak use times, at least on the 3rd floor. One other thing that I didn't like is the constant music playing in the hallways is pretty loud, and the walls are pretty thin so you can hear EVERYTHING and everyone around you.
Excellent hotel
The Encore Hotel is just a bit outside of the southern part of Aguascalientes. When I booked my room, I wasn't expecting much but was I wrong. The entrance is breathtaking. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Their staff was kind and courteous and very helpful. My room was immaculate and my view was spectacular. I recommend this hotel for any occasion. They offer an array of breakfast items and they have a fitness area as well as a pool.
