I can't even fathom how this is a 4-star hotel. I have waited 10-15 minutes in the reception as there is only one staff assigned and she was apparently on a break which by the way we were told by another staff in the morning that the hotel is full so they cannot accommodate early check in. We booked for three nights and on the first night itself we couldnt rest well because of the noisy sound of the cars since they have put us in rooms facing the highway. On the same night I have complained for the drilling sound on top of our rooms at night time which supposedly rest time for the guests. The receptionist responded to me "till they will finish" when I asked how long will the drilling continue as we cannot rest instead of taking action or apologizing for the inconvenience. The next morning we have asked to move to other rooms due to the noise of the highway but didnt grant our request because of the same reason that the hotel is full (you barely see anyone inside, like an empty dark dormitory) and asked us to request next day. So to cut the crap we decided to just stay in the same rooms as it's just another night to bear the noise of the high way. On the last night, again the drilling at 8pm started and to top that up, paint smell started coming out from the ac vent. I was unfortunately suffering from asthma and tried to manage for some time but the smell didnt go. I have to again complain which the staffs didnt give me clear answers for the second time why they are renovating rooms at night time. Well to put somehow in a good note, they shifted me to another room after few minutes. Voila! they have vacant rooms suddenly! Rooms are spacious but bathroom floor and the tub seems uncleaned. Beware of the mugs, they are greasy. Service is just so poor and attending staffs except the room boys are not well skilled to handle guests warmly.
You can't consider it even a hotel .. Go for a hostel better.

If I can summarize the experience in this hotel, it's one of the worst hotel I have ever been my whole life. They say it is a four stars hotel, but I assure you it wouldn't even reach the standard of a normal hostel as they are not following the international rules of hospitality, and this comes from a frequent traveler and someone working in hospitality field. Now, to explain my experience it's the first time to face such an issue where the hotel is kicking out their customers. After booking, paying and confirming the reservation for 2 nights 3 days, next day we head to the hotel and we reach 9 pm. As soon as we arrived, the guys gave us the news, yes you have booking but you will stay only 1 night and the next days 12 pm you have to leave as the hotel is booked by the government. When we asked why you didn't inform us earlier, they say we got the news 3 hours ago. Yes they had time to inform us anyways.. then we asked that we need to solve this issue and as they are responsible of this incident, they say we can't do anything for you, check in and leave tomorrow 12 pm. OK what about our money? We shall get it in 4 days to 2 weeks as it's through booking.com Away of that, the way of hospitality we have received of lack on communication and handling a furious customer who is coming late night on such Hazzard news. While we were leaving, and after filing a complain to the tourism authority about this hotel that we shall never visit again, they say " the hotel is being taken for quarantine".. sorry but why you never even informed us this from the beginning. Why everything has to be late and you have to leave your customer in the street with an unplanned accommodation Such an awful hotel that even iy foenst the one start rating I gave, as if it was me, I would give them maximum QUARTER star. Note: Night shift supervisor with the name Abdul Muthaleb, is a real example of lack in communication and solving problems. Talking to the guest in a manner as if he owns the world saying NO SOLUTION. Complaint has been filed to the tourism authority hoping we get our rights as a customer being humiliated as such.

OK , if having a restaurant, a pool a gym .. etc make you a 4 star hotel then Ok this hotel is a 4 star hotel. But manage your expectations because the quality is 3 star at best. Rooms are clean they are not well made, and feel budget. Bathroom is big but again not well made and had a smell. lobby out dated and the use of cool white lights made it feel even more unpleasant for the price i found this unexpectable .... However! one good thing about this hotel and a total surprise the gym was very well equipped with Technogym and laid out like a proper gym not like a hotel fitness room.

It was really great stay in this hotel...everything's is wonderful starting from reception counter,room services, restaurants... Thanks for all team... Really I will repeat it more and more... And I advice you to try it...

I had recently organised a family event at City Seasons. Right from the time of the query Mr. Sarif Hossain took great initiative and ensured everything went smooth. He went over all the details and ensured requirements were met. The staff were professional, courteous and friendly. I would certainly recommend this place for family events.
