La finca Marina hotel. Is a really nice and stylish hotel, with the best views of the beautiful sea. The staff is very helpful and provides a very good service for hotel guests. The food at the hotel is really good. Always fresh and delicious. So drop restaurants in alanya. There is plenty of nice and good facilities at the hotel. Among other things, the pool is really nice. When you arrive there World be some food for you and also when you're travelling. The Rooms at the hotel are really good, a nice soft bed and if you want to see the best view of alanya. You have the option at la finca Marina. Thank you to the staff and the hotel for a really good experience. Not last time I come here.
An honest review.
My friend and I visited La Finca in early July 2017 on a last minute all inclusive break. We only paid approximately £270 each and therefore for what we paid, we can't complain (too much) although I might think differently if I paid the full whack! From Antalya Airport, the bus transfer was approx 4 hours, we arrived very late and were greeted with a sandwich which was nice. The receptionist only spoke German and Turkish, no English at all which made the check in process slightly difficult. The rooms were modern, very clean and well air conditioned. It was easily 40 degrees outside but it was refreshing to enter the rooms! The shower was good, can't complain about the rooms at all. In the morning we went for breakfast- our first experience of their "all inclusive". The food wasn't bad, not at all, it tasted good, but the variety was very very limited. We're talking, 3 choices of dish and it's obvious that it's mostly German orientated. Breakfast was bread, salad and fruit salad, essentially. It's probably the first time I've been hungry at an all inclusive by the lack of choice. Fortunately, as we paid so little, we could eat elsewhere in the town, but there's no way we could've eaten there everyday. There's a free shuttle into town and taxis are very very cheap back (about 30 Lira maximum) The bar opens at 10am, the bar tenders are a bit rude...ignorant and again, only know German as a second language. It's your basic all inc, so gin, wine and beer. They definitely don't water down their drinks and we liked gin so it was good for us. The pool area was very clean, the pool was a perfect temperature and it was very close to all rooms. Nothing is particularly within walking distance, other than a small beach which is "okay". The shuttle leaves in the morning and returns at 5pm, we worked it where we caught it at 5pm to collect people so it was a free evening lift into town. Basically, if we were German, it would've been a fantastic holiday, but as English people, and the lack of English speakers, it was easy to feel isolated. The good things: air con, modern rooms, good gin, nice pool and good wifi. The bad things: poor variety of food, ignorant staff (may have been the language barrier to be fair) and overall inability to communicate.
La finca NOT!!!!
Absolutely appalling customer service staff members arrogant full of Germans who the staff only speak too. if ur a Brit I wouldn’t even bother visiting this hotel as you’ll be treated like an outcast because everybody ignores you everything is in German no English whatsoever yet being a hotel it should cater for all nationality’s which it clearly doesn’t !!!! Definitely won’t come back or recommend this place
Lovely hotel let down by poor customer service.
We stayed 7 nights at this hotel. A pleasant hotel in in beautiful location and boasts lovely views. However, very disappointed and let down by some staff. ... Some of the staff were pleasant enough and at least 2 appeared to be not very hospitable. My main annoyance was with the female receptionist who sits at the reception desk not interested in interacting with guests. Not vey friendly!! Felt like I was bothering her when I asked her a question about a couple of things when we arrived on the first day of arrival. I soon learnt not to bother as she was more interested in looking on the internet at videos or her phone. Breakfast and lunch were a big let down and on the first and second day dinner was not something I wanted to eat as it was bland, cheese, sliced processed meat (looking like spam) and salads plus a selection of other buffet food that I didn't care for. However, as the days progressed the dinner got better while breakfast and lunch were still the same dismal food. Even if we wanted to eat in the morning we were put off eating by the amount of wasps landing on the food which was not covered. The room that we stayed in was adequate but the best part of the room was the shower. The shower was AMAZING....10/10 for the power shower. 9/10 for location 5/10 for customer service 7/10 Value for money
