The best vacation ever

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel.
Meals were excellent and we must mention mr.Malik from the restaurant who served us every day, he was wonderful and positive and we want to thank him for the exceptional service. Greetings for all staff, everyone took very good care of us. We will surely be back here in this hotel. Please keep up with the good service. Thank you for the wonderful experience. A nice place to stay overall

We visited the resort in September 2020. It turned out to be a great experience, the place is just magic! Also the food was excellent. Really enjoyed all facilities of the hotel, the beach nearby was just fantastic, we took a lot of photos to put at home to remember this vacation! Every step was just easy and so comfortable despite of the Covid. Will return again for sure!!
Rude Staff, Terrible Service. Don’t stay at this Hotel.

I paid for my fiancé and her mother to travel from Kiev to Turkey and unfortunately her travel agent recommended this hotel. It is her mother’s first time travelling outside of Ukraine. Supposed to be the trip of a lifetime.
When they arrived yesterday after a long
days travel including a 3 hour bus trip from the airport, they didn’t have a room for them until 3.45 although the check in time is 2pm. From there it only got worse. Filthy room. No wifi. Safe unusable because instructions are only in Turkish.
The reception staff pretend they don’t understand English and Russian which my fiancé speaks both languages fluently. The hotel advertises that the staff speak Russian and a English. It’s a either a complete lie or more likely it seems to be unhelpful ignorant and a pretence.
The buffet was good, The pool area is closed. But there is no real attempt at keeping social distancing in any other areas.
Disgraceful attitude to women.
If you can cancel your reservation do so now.
The manager sets the tone and as other reviews will show, he’s doing less than a barely adequate job.
I expect that there will either be no response from the manager or some some totally insincere platitude such as;
....I am sorry that we have disappointed your expectations....
Mr Manager if you want to do something you still have the opportunity NOW.

During the period of Bayram with my partner and 4 other friends decided to have a 3 days short vacation taking the the all included option in order not to worry about finding places to eat or to go out of the resort but just relax and have some rest. It is nonetheless the case, the hotel was very very crowded and there wasn’t actually any measures against the covid 19 ( only maybe the check in part) we had to wait at least 1:30 hour in line without any social distance or anything during the dinner hours and after we complained about it the employees replied that it was the pandemic problem that is why it was that queue and that they couldn’t help it. We had to take our car and go at least 30 min drive to find a decent place to eat..( 2 days in a row)
It is the less to say that we weren’t pleased with that.
I don’t recommend it.

We spent a week here at lumos expecting 5*, however we were met with a 3* . We were upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi, which was nice .. however when we used the jacuzzi fungus and orange stuff were coming out the plugs!! Leaving yellow marks on the sides. We asked them to clean it twice and it was still dirty. And the maids don’t clean very well, dirty cups are not washed. Don’t fall or be pressured by the spa staff to get treatments! Food is bland , same thing everyday and not really accommodating to a variety of guests. There was probably two or three desserts that were nice.
Nothing to do in the surrounding area, and the club at the hotel is probably the worst one we’ve ever been to. Literally 4 people in there, 3 being us and 1 being the “DJ”. There was a even a little baby in there one night
Reception staff were rude and said no to every single request we made , including the use of an iron (you would expect an iron per room in a 5* hotel- theres only 5 in the whole hotel).
Ladies beware of some of the waiters and bar staff ..they will try it if they think they’ve got a chance. And if they ask you to meet them after their shifts ended anywhere - DONT! We got warned against this as well.
And don’t even get me started on the “A la carte” restaurant .. more like A la can’t even do a proper Chinese. It was disgusting we didn’t even touch our food. But the main waiter guy there was lovely and knows how to take a good picture!
The animation team were friendly as well and always said hello, and a couple of the waiters were nice. The beach is across the road and there’s good Shisha at a place called gypsy round the corner! Pools clean and there’s always a sun bed available.
Overall this isn’t a 5* hotel, and would not recommend. But if you don’t mind bland food, rude staff, loud techno music and not being able to understand anything thats going on as it’s not in English then this is the place for you.
