una linda experiencia me gusto lo elegante buen personal amavle, ubicacion, descanso y almuerzo muy rico creo q volveria a este Hotel en el futuro gracias por todo mi familia y yo agradecemos su Atencion

Al inicio tuvimos un inconveniente con la reservación por un tema de booking.com pero Jennifer de recepción fue muy atenta con nosotros y nos ayudó a resolverlo. Tiene muy buena ubicación y el desayuno recomendable

Management not up to par with Hyatt standards.
Overall, "okay," not like past "very good" for this hotel. This is a second review after 1.5 years.
Good air conditioning in the room- efficient, simple to operate, does not blow on you in bed
Complimentary bottled water every day for Hyatt Rewards members
Not charging for "parking" as they did 2 years ago
Mostly friendly employees
Very comfortable bed
Seasonal, outdoor swimming pool- nice setting, clean and not crowded
(HOWEVER, water was quite cold).
Walk-in shower stall is great, but in our King room, stall too narrow for even a medium-sized person (you may bump guardrail that sticks out in there repeatedly); having towel rack INSIDE shower stall, where towels get wet, is absurd.
Past breakfasts here were EXCELLENT, now only barely okay
(only two hot food items, (very good) scrambled eggs and institutional-tasting sausage links)
No food menu rotation; institutional-tasting waffle "machine"
Add green chile stew, breakfast potatoes cooked in good oil, and scratch-made pancakes/
waffles with real maple syrup.
My room "special requests" and Hyatt Rewards profile preferences for room type were
completely ignored. The check-in employee said they were not in there, "or we could have
accommodated them when we assigned the room," but they WERE in there (and still are, both
First room was in noisy location, furniture/fixtures so worn it was dingy, and with a view onto
a dumpy roof overhang.... plus it smelled. We got another room.
Closet has too-restrictive-sized entrance to use properly.
Our room had a slight musty odor to it.
Haphazard room cleaning; I heard another guest being told "there is no maid service now," yet
we had a housecleaning knock on our door at an inopportune time after one night of a two-night stay. What IS the policy now?
SUGGESTED IMPROVEMENTS FOR 4 STARS:
1. Genuinely spend time looking at and trying to accommodate each reservation request (look at Rewards member profiles) before assigning each room; explain to guest at check-in what you did to prepare a place for THEM.
2. Focus on providing a quality hot breakfast everyday, rotating menu
3. Retrofit closet doors for 4" more entrance width using the existing wasted space (no remodel required for this)
4. Make clear at check-in what the current room cleaning policy is and schedule, at that time, the next room cleaning so the guest and cleaning personnel know; failing to do this is creating a lot of unnecessary conflict.
5. Put a standard bundle of fresh, clean linen in shrink-wrapped plastic in the room to greet the new guest (include a welcome note); this would go a long way in terms of sanitation, hospitality and a sense of being at a well-run hotel
FOR 4.5, ROUNDS TO 5 STARS:
You're going to need to replace worn furniture/fixtures in rooms
Replace carpet, paint
(Please take the towel racks out of the shower stalls where they get wet)
While the elevators don't scare me, they sound old and creaky and one of them takes a long, long time to open.... (insert smiley face).

My wife and I had a pleasant stay at the Hyatt place Albuquerque airport.
Our room was clean and fresh. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family for their future travels to the city
Go somewhere else.

Don't waste your money like I did. Don't let the hyatt name fool you this didn't seem like a hyatt hotel. No key cards, had old esthetic and amenities they say to have they didn't. Pool was atrocious elevators move while the door is still opened. Didn't have the room I already paid for and was put in one of lesser value. No parking available in lot.
