This is a very clean comfortable place to rest either before or after a day in Great Smoky Mountains. It was quiet (except for guests slamming doors) and a very good value. Would stay again if we are back this way.
Breakfast was a joke
Worst continental breakfast ever. They had oatmeal you could warm up, coffee, orange and apple juice. The Orange was more like water I didn’t look at the Apple juice. Our room door was almost impossible to shut and probably woke anyone up in the process.
Worst experience ever!!!!!!
Entire building smelled of cigarette smoke. Room was small. The faucet was broken, the bathroom door wouldn't latch closed, and the ac was not cool at all. The worst was when we pulled back the comforter on one bed and there was VOMIT all down the side of the bed and on the floor. There was also dog food on the floor. When we approached the front desk, the evening attendant was rude and wasn't going to do anything about it. Housekeeping came and sprayed down the bed but didn't even change any of the coverings!!! We demanded a reluctant refund that we still haven't gotten after a week!!! Never Again!!!
stayed for a business trip. They were doing were doing "renovations". Smelled like weed inside. They couldnt do a regular breakfast due to covid they said. But yet all desk was not wearing masks. I understood it not mandated in county but yet cant do regular breakfast. Just lazy or cheap I guess. Dont go there
Daily charge of 86 dollars on your credit card besides your room fee
Never again would stay at this place it smells of smoke the staff was rude. They dont tell you about this Incidental charge that no one else has. I just stayed at a Quality Inn in Chicago and it did not have this ridiculous fee.
