Hilton needs to do something with this property.
Continuing excuses for everything.
1 Called for airport shuttle put on hold never pi jed back up.
2 Tried 4 more calls no one answered.
Ended up getting Uber to property.
3 Get to property guy at Front Desk says he only one there...
4 Awakened middle of night to leaking roof over bed.Using ice bucket to catch dripping
5 No hot water in shower,handle spins all 5he way around.
Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

I do my best to not complain and I enjoy my stay at every Hilton property that I have been a guest in. My family and I needed accommodations after evacuating due to Hurricane Ida. Check-In was good, quick, the lobby was nice and clean. The room was okay, however, the bathroom is where most of the problems lie. Every single towel in the was dirty and soiled. The bathroom floor and shower walls were littered with auburn hair (myself and my guests have black hair, so it wasn’t ours). I literally swept the floor with a towel to try to clean it because housekeeping was not available; they are only available by request at this location. I went to the front desk to retrieve a new set of towels and those were soiled as well. The shower handle and hand shower head were rusted. The hand shower had to be unscrewed to actually be considered a “hand-held” shower head. When I expressed my concerns, I was told by guest services that points would be added to my membership and that the manager would be informed of my dissatisfaction. The policy concerning housekeeping needs to be changed and enforced at this property, it is not a comfortable or acceptable experience from a Hilton property. The room I stayed in was an accessible room, if that is how accessible rooms are handled then I can only imagine how the other guest rooms are handled. Enjoy your stay here, just be sure to bring your own towels and cleaning supplies.

Loved the hotel and the atmosphere!!! My stay would have been great except for the issue at the very end of my stay. I had checked in the day before and the gentleman at the desk was awesome that day. I checked in, got my keys, and went to my room for the night. The next morning I was woken up around 8 am by people constantly trying to force themselves into my room without announcing who they were or why. That was finally followed by a call from the front desk, to which the receptionist informed me that no one was supposed to be in the room and that I needed to come to the front desk. When I went to the front desk, the receptionist questioned me as to how I got the room, how I had got into it etc. I kept explaining that I had gotten the room on a confirmation booking from the day before, that I paid upon check in, and I’m not sure what the confusion was, but the way I was being approached made me feel as if I was being accused of doing something wrong when I did not check myself in. No mention was ever made of why or who tried to enter my room or an apology was given, and finally the receptionist informed me that there was a new employee who checked me in that previous day. They were able to get me sorted out finally after making me stand at the desk for 15 minutes as people passed by, even after I informed her that I was checking out within the hour. Then once they recharged me for the room, I was finally told my room was never cleaned prior to my checking in. This entire incident ruined the quality of my stay, and I was just happy to leave that day. I would have liked to speak to a manager, but at that point I was just ready to leave I felt as if my privacy had been violated, and I had tried to steal a room. If not for this I would have enjoyed the stay, but overall the hotel is not bad I feel they just need to be better at communicating with guests in dealing with issues such as this. I would like a manager to reach out to me if this review is seen.

Rooms were not clean - dead bugs near a/c unit, fingerprints, coffee stains on microwave and top of counters. No detail cleaning was performed on either room for checkup/arrival. Requested rooms away from elevator/vending machines on Hilton Honors reservations and rooms assigned were located near elevator. Notified Front desk and clerk said that she was not responsible for room number assigned and could not change. No one available to clean rooms at 3:30 pm when we arrived. Cancelled reservations and was charged $46/room for cancellation. Called Hilton Honors and had to wait 50 minutes for customer service representative and they could not resolve two issues with manager on site.

My family and I attended a funeral for another family member. This hotel stay was awful and I am glad we were only staying for one night. The service was amazing, but that was the only good thing. The room was not cleaned, the food was terrible, and the A/C was not working properly. Lastly, there were NO covid practices in place.
