despues de mi horrible experiencia en studio 6 gracias a Dios encontre este lugar. super limpio, nuevo, cero cucarachas. cero animales. todo es excellent.
el personal super nice. si es verdad que solo pocas toallas y respecto al secador de pelo y jabon extra tienes que solicitarlo. pero eso que importa es un lugar super tranquilo hermoso y LIMPIO me encanto

No housekeeping, no linen exchange service out of service laundry room. I stayed at this extended stay for more than 2 years . At first you think it's alright and then things become clear. This place is not rsn in a professional manner. From the General manager Dave , to the lazy maintenance supervisor John. I will let the photos speak for themselves.

Horrible hotel unsanitary conditions needs to torn down and rebuilt. I stayed here and the animal urine smell is horrific, the mold throughout the hotel is deplorable. They keep the air conditioning on high to camouflage the VERY STRONG MUSTY SMELL that lives in each room. I do not recommend this hotel.See photos. Do Not stay here here. if you do stay here thoroughly check your room for mildew, mold, animal hairs, animal urine, rust,and bugs.
Motel 6 is superior to this "hotel" establishment.

By far, the absolute worst hotel experience I've ever endured. The only thing "simple" about their business philosophy is the lazy service offered and slim to none amenities provided upon arrival, ONLY upon arrival. I stayed at this location for 9 days, not one of those days was room service provided nor clean linens offered, or any additional hand soap. Only one hand soap was given for my entire stay and I was not able to receive any additional kitchen ware from the front desk even though their description online says otherwise. On an even more serious note, this establishment does not follow the CDC guidelines when it comes to cleaning and disinfecting per the current global outbreak. My entire visit when I asked for clean bed sheets, towels, my room floor to be cleaned, I received the same robotic answer: "With the coronavirus we are not able to provide the services you are requesting." This means I had to unexpectedly pay for my towels to be cleaned and I was only given two so it added up quite quickly, along with having to take out the garbage to their dumpster. Even when it came to toilet paper I was rationed only one roll every two days. If one were to look up Georgia's Hotel & Lodging Association documentation regarding the CDC's guidelines, it's clearly stated that if specifically requested or approved by the guest to enter the room, the cleaning staff are able to do so. In order for the staff to even consider cleaning my floor, which was on my 8th day there, cockroaches had to find their way into my hotel room, three to be exact. If the hotel was truly concerned about health and safety it would obviously make logical sense to ensure that the rooms are hygienic for not only the specific occupant's safety but the entire building and anyone who resides within, staff or clientele. Which means during the entire occupant's stay for it to be effective. Someone could easily make a disgusting mess and have it create an even greater problem with how long it'll be before someone recognizes it in the first place. What's hilarious is that after reading some other reviews about this place, it seems room service and any other service they blame covid not offering for, just isn't offered ever, global event or not. Coming back to the laundry and vending machines, they were faulty and I lost money on three transactions. When I made mention to the front desk, I was told both the laundry and vending units are 3rd party and if I lost money I would have to call the 800 number on said units to receive my money back. Upon calling the number, you have to fill out a form online which unfortunately I did not have access to. No complimentary shampoo/conditioner/soap at all for the shower. The last thing I'll mention about this place is not one night was I able to attain a good night's sleep, my entire visit someone kept blasting 808s at midnight and when I tried to tell the front desk they told me they aren't able to do anything yet again. On one of the days, I made mention to one of the front desk personnel that I've received better service from a motel 6 and gave examples and all she could utter back was "Then go to a motel 6." The lack of accountability is disturbing and I definitely will be looking for a Motel 6 my next visit.

We stayed at this place for six weeks. Initially it was good apart from the weird smells in the hallways of different floors. Tonight is my last night and we are not getting hot water. After the calling the night desk the lady says we have not had hot water for weeks, well we had a faint amount of hot water. According to her we were supposed to know without any notice and asked me to call the manager in the morning ( I wonder why? Maybe to bring me a hot pot of water). What kind of place charges people and not provide hot water in the winter; at least notify the residents there is no hot water. Bad management and bad customer service. The housekeeping ladies are real nice! They are champs. Overall my experience was shadowed by no hot water which is unacceptable during winter and horrible guest relations.
