Amazing Stay
Great place to stay in Anchorage! The rooms are nice and have plenty of room. Beds are comfortable and the room is clean. The staff are super friendly and would highly recommend saying hi and asking them for info on Anchorage. It is in a pretty central location so downtown, train station and water are all within walkable distance.
Very Friendly, nice stay
Everything you need is provided. The bathroom is really nice, with a heated kinda light. The people in the lobby and shuttle services are supper friendly and helpful. They pointed out many places to eat and they all lived up to their word. They have a really nice lobby were our group would meet every morning and their is a library of give and take books.
Awesome Trip
Visited Alaska for the first time a couple weeks ago. A friend and I went up to do some hiking. Stayed at the Guesthouse the first night in town and then again when we got off the trail. Not because we already had reservations but because we enjoyed it. Basic rooms and accommodations but the service and the people made it a memorable stay. Willing to hold our bags on our last day and shuttle us to the airport long after checkout. Would definitely recommend. Only caveat, if you leave the hotel at night, you may encounter people loitering and pan handling. Never had a problem though. Even the panhandlers were polite! Would definitely go back.
Best Hotel in Anchorage!
The room was very clean and tidy on arrival and we had all we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful in things we needed and any information we needed for exploring in town. When/if i go back to Anchorage I will be staying here again.
A great stay
Stayed a total of 5 night here on our trip, and the rooms are very well kept. Good showers and bathrooms, comfortable beds, in room coffee makers, and incredible customer service was all provided. Definitely a go to place to stay in downtown anchorage.
