I would not recommend this stay for anyone. Our experience was awful. Not cleaned to our expectations

Very unclean. Bathroom tub had hair in it. Room was dirty and hair dryer falling off the wall. Also no free breakfast. Although we did mention these issues to the staff and it was mostly resolved. However I will never go back

Just perfect!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was very spacious, had a fridge, freezer , coffee and microwave. The water pressure was good . They supplied lots of towels and pillows. The pool and hot-tub were well maintained. The water slide was great. The price was very reasonable- great value. Handy beer store and restaurant next door. Pretty central location. Very dog friendly and two doors into the room ( one from the hallway and one to the outside) which was very handy

Run down hotel

Reviewed 7 september, 2022

Hotel needs serious upgrade with brighter colors. Old couches in back entrance area by pool need to be replaced. Rear entrance door was blocked open with several construction workers hanging out. Did not feel safe in this hotel as anyone could have entered through rear entrance. Overall poor impression for a Travelodge hotel. Beds were comfortable.

WARNING! Don’t stay here!

Reviewed 29 august, 2022

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in!!! Clearly it’s not being well maintained,I don’t understand how there are ANY positive reviews. The couches throughout the hotel are ripped and stained, the fitness room (if you can call it that) is a corner with 3 machines, the pool and hot tub were not well maintained and stained, the carpets in the hallway are stained, there’s weird smells and people in and around the area (very sketchy area) and I found a half opened bottle of water in our room which to me indicates that they didn’t take much time cleaning or preparing our room. I felt gross staying here and was surprised with the state of the accommodations considering it’s a Wyndham chain motel. I highly advise not staying here and paying a few extra dollars for another hotel like a comfort inn. Luckily we only stayed one night, I would likely have checked out early otherwise. I generally read reviews before booking which is why I’m writing this one to warn others considering this motel. I honestly don’t understand how there are good reviews - I was apprehensive about sleeping and showering here. Shame on Wyndham for putting their name on a place that is clearly in shambles.

Rude Front Desk Staff

Reviewed 28 august, 2022

I had to shift my dates and was accommodated once, when I ran into mechanical difficulties and couldn’t make my reservation, I called to try and shift the dates again. After explaining my situation I was cut off and chastised by the front desk agent, and she scolded me saying ‘ I did you a favour once and I will not do it again’. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused, saying ‘you can’t and he won’t do it for you either’. I have worked in resorts where this treatment would be grounds for dismissal. It is totally inappropriate to tell off a guest, no matter the amount of requests. I understand the idea of non refundable. I do not understand the rude, condescending and frankly mean tone of someone who should be doing all they can to help. Horrid.
