I understand they might have been short staffed but we were not able to check in to our room until after the 3 pm check in time. Since we were there for a wedding it involved us getting dressed in the lobby bathroom for the four of us after an 8 hour drive. The room did not have any toilet paper, the bathroom did not look cleaned other than trash taken out, the carpet felt gross, the air-conditioner wouldn't adjust in one room, the pull out bed had food and crumbs in it, and we had no covers or pillows for the pull out bed - so we made it work with the pillows and the comforter off the main bed. Instructions at the front are to leave linens and trash outside our door, which we were fine to do; but made us feel like the rooms are not really being cleaned.

Have stayed here several times over the past 5 years but this time was the worst. Where do I begin? Elevator broken, no breakfast nor grab & go options, back door open 24/7, plastic sheets on the beds, NO hot water all three days, pool a mess, barking dogs, a complacent staff when you could find them. Last - Wyndham offered no opollogies for this dump.

Front desk staff ;Crystal, Nakysha and Roseanne Martinez General manager were very professional and worked around my busy schedule and accommodations.. I’m a travel worker in the medical field and they made it feel like a 2nd home . Thank them so much.. recommend staying here all the time..

The check in process was very quick and with no glitches, I had made online reservations. The staff was very friendly and rooms very clean. There was no breakfast due to this manufactured Plandemic, but luckily there is a Bucee’s right next door!
I became part of their family.

A week stay can change a person for the good or the bad. With the employees at this location working with you I had a great stay. Some things start at the bottom; thanks Philip, maintenance guy, for being the mailman when I needed it the most. Although I didn't use housekeeping often I was able to have contact with the supervisor, Kristina, almost on a daily basis. My floor housekeeper, Maria, made sure I had plenty of bottled shampoo, lotion, etc. on hand. The front desk personnel were amazing; Koko, Crystal and Maris were always available via phone or desk visit. The GM for this location is Roseanna and she was a great help to me since the amenities were limited. No pool/hot tub, no gym or breakfast were available; thanks Covid-19, but Roseanna was willing to assist when possible.
