This hotel is very well placed. It is surrounded by restaurants and within walking distance of all main attractions and places of interest. It was clean and well equipped. The owner was really helpful.
We would certainly go there again.

We only stayed here 1 night but wished we stayed longer. Will definitely check this place out the next time. Location is perfect, near all the restaurants, Monastiraki square plus some of the best deserts and bakeries just down the street. The room was large, spacious and modern. Attention to detail everywhere, even the patio was amazing. Also very quiet sleeping there considering it's so close to everything. Must be soundproofed. Highly recommended.
Perfect Locaton and Great Room

Recently stayed 5 nights three weeks ago. Stayed in the second-floor apartment which is a very large two bedroom unit. The room is very modern and has a great shower. The area around the hotel has a busy nightlife but the room was very quiet due to soundproofing. Perfect location very close to Monastiraki Square with all it's restaurants and shops. Acropolis and Tomb of the Unknown Soldier is walkable from the location.
Owner Stavros was very accommodating and readily available to assist. He made excellent recommendations for dining across the street from the hotel. Highly recommend.
Best place to stay, hands down

Where to begin? Stavros is just incredible- we arrived early and he was able to accommodate us before check-in, so we could get a much needed nap. He is a very interesting person and we enjoyed our conversations. The apartment upstairs is so large- we are a family of 5 and had plenty of space. We also ended up staying in the ground floor apartment unexpectedly (due to the Wildfires)- it is also generously sized and Stavros again made us comfortable, even with very short notice. Can't say enough about the lovely apartments, designed with great care and thought. The location is also unbeatable. We were a short walk to the Metro and there are a dozen restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Even with the central location, the apartment was quiet inside. Easy walk to Pnyx for a view of sunset and convenient to the Acropolis. If you can stay here, do it! We just love Kerameion. Wifi was a plus, too ,according to the teenagers!
Perfect stay, location, space, fittings...

We stayed two nights on the way to Dodekanisa. Close walking distance from Monastiraki, say 2-3 minutes with bags, mostly on a narrow no-traffic road. Location si perfect under every point of view and Psirri is full of spots for eating out. Taxis may come to the door, but it is challenging as it is mostly pedestrian narrow street. Stavros has only one room on the ground floor - we had it - and an apartement on the first floor, up a stairway. Plenty of space, the room must be almost 50 sqm, and large bathroom. Toiletries enough, not specially branded but very fair quality. Kitchen is equipped but we did not cook, tea and coffe and sugar avalable by courtesy. No breakfast but meters from the door everything and anything. Aircon very efficient, silent and seems powerfull enough for the mid-summer Athen's climate. Bed is wide, pillows enough, only remark is bottom sheet a bit short and getting loose, bcz I am fat... Wide flat screen TV on the wall. All in all a perfect location and a pleasant room. Recommended.
I asked Stavros about apartments on the first floor, if it is not noisy given the restaurants on the street. He confirmed there are double windows (yes, I checked on the pictures) and it looks fine too.
