Amazing stay right in the heart of athens
We spent a lovely 3 night stay at the editor hotel Athens and it was fabulous. The location is really convenient, right in the heart of Athens! The hotel’s neighborhood is bustling with sophisticated cafes, restaurants, antiques shops and cozy bars. The breakfast was wonderful with so many choices and flavors. The “stories urban bistronomy restaurant” within the hotel was a top choice. All staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Rooms are very stylish, comfortable,spacious, clean and have everything you could wish for. A great thanks to Stefanos, the general manager, who went out of his way to make our stay an unforgettable experience! Will definitely be back soon!
excellent hotel and staff
We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel.The rooms are comfortable and very well designed, so clean. The location is perfect, near from all important sites. The staff(reception,waiters in breakfast,the cleaning ladies...), and I would like to mention, Christos Bouritis(F&B manager), all were so kind and very helpful. Congratulations !
Thank you Editor for a great vacation
The location of the Editor hotel is perfect - in the city center , minutes walking to the Acropolis, Plaka , the markets and Monastiraki. The rooms are modern and designed in a very good taste, with a great bed, a mini bar and a waterfall shower. But the main thing which made the different for us between a good vacation and a great vacation was the Editor staff members who made us feel at home away from home. Starting at the reception desk , to the maids , till the hotel management - all of them wanted to make sure we are having a great time . Special thanks to Stephanos ,the hotel manager,who was there 7/24 for us . We will most definitely stay here again. The best place to stay while in Athens.
Incredible location & brilliant staff
The hotel had been open for 40 days and wow they are on to a good thing. It is really classy with understated decor. Helpful friendly staff who checked us in really late with a smile. The rooms are great- simple, comfortable with a mini bar and coffee machine. It was a standard room and the highlight was the incredible waterfall shower. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of coffee served to order. Rooms were cleaned really well. Congrats on a great hotel- we would come back with friends.
Perfect for a city trip
Small boutique hotel hosted in an historical building that was previously a newsletter’s printing house. The whole concept of branding is quite interesting as the name itself, the decoration as well as other details witness the previous life of the building. Don’t get me wrong though there was a very thorough and successful -given the outcome -renovation resulting a beautiful and cozy hotel. The atmosphere created by the earthy colors the minimal design in combination with the use of natural elements as wood, is ideal for your escape in the heart of Metropolitan Athens. The staff is polite and flexible, ready to do the extra mile with generosity, honoring the tradition of Greek hospitality. The room was comfortable, modern with all the desired amenities. Breakfast was all you need with some traditional kicks from the chef. A great overall stay without mistake, a great value for money. Special mention to Stefanos for being such a great host. We will be back...
