Worst Hotel in Atlanta.
under construction, Elevators not working at all times, lobby and breakfast area is ice cold seams like their is no management running construction.found bugs and torn carpets in room. first unfriendly people i met i Atalanta
This should not be a Hilton Property. Filthy, dated, dilapidated.... Save yourself the trouble and choose one of the many other options in the area. Our rooms had mold, broken furniture, no hot water, and a thermostat that could not regulate the temperature.
Coupled GetAway.... Turned out horrible
My husband and I planned a weekend gateway to Atlanta, however from the moment we arrived it was horrible... The hotel lobby was under construction which only left one door for everyone to enter and exit.... by the way it was a maze to make it to the front desk... after I finally got checked in we had to go back through the maze to the elevator .... which only one was operating for 16floors... We waited for 15min to just to arrive at our room that was infested with lady bugs (someone left the vent I open).. 😩... contacted the office who never sent someone up, after they promised.. the next morning breakfast was limited... paper plates and civil ware... very limited options... WILL NEVER stay again
I loved our stay the room was great. The construction in the lobby was definitely a little distracting and it allowed us to take the elevator up but not down, so the stairs became a very close friend of ours. I would definitely stay again if construction is not going on.
Worst experience ever
This hotel should not be open while under renovations. We were part of a huge wedding group and the rooms were filthy, the elevators rarely worked and the staff didn’t seem to care. Our rooms were not cleaned during our stay.
