Great location friendly staff
The hotel is an older model hotel for this brand but the service is great. The rooms are dated but the bed was comfortable. I’ll stay there again and prefer a room facing the Holiday Inn Express since there is so much noise on the other side.
Fantastic stay and professional staff
When we drove into the parking lot, to the right is the hotel and to the left is the Holiday Inn Express. In front of the hotel, there are a few parking spots with additional parking in the garage. The lobby area and the breakfast area were a little small. The check-in was very smooth and Betty at the front desk was very friendly and very professional. We usually stay at a Residence Inn and this was the first time staying in a TownPlace Suites. We were in a one bedroom suite and this had a similar set up with a full kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed, but was a little bit smaller. However, it was clean and very nice. The bed was comfortable and slept very well. The only minor problem was the fan in the bathroom was a little bit loud. There was a flat screen TV in the living room area and one in the bedroom. The room had an ironing board, which we needed to iron a suit that was wrinkled in a suitcase. Breakfast was OK with scrambled eggs and sausage along with the usual cereal, bread, coffee and juice.
Nice Hotel, convenient location, nice breakfast
Stayed here with Friends in a 2 room suite. Nice rooms, but a little small and dated. Breakfast was nice, but needed more options. Parking Deck provides many spaces. Easy to get downtown and lots of shopping near by. Not too far from Marta station.
Oustanding Staff and Good Hotel
I must express of all the places we have stayed that Ebony is absolutely the best manager that I have ever interacted. We met her at Atlanta Pride and witnessed her genuine hospitality. She constantly displayed pure professionalism with staff. She was friendly and connects with guests with an ease. She was training a new employee and it was wonderful to feel the care she was giving to everyone during this time. We were greeted and immediately checked in by her staff and a first chance to indulge in a chocolate chip cookie. The room or studio apartment was complete with everything but a stove. There is an outdoor hot tub, pavillion area and outdoor grill. Daily breakfast is offered and warm smiles presented frequently. Essentially, the location is good for getting into various parts of Atlanta. The property is close to Target, Starbucks and several restaurants. The shuttle can easily get you there. I enjoyed reading the other reviews about the customer service. I can attest not only are they friendly to paying customers but our friends thought they were friendly too. The price is right for the care and quality offered. Honestly Ebony is like the last line of a Master Card Commercial - Priceless :)
Not worth the money
As old as it gets. Bad location, even the internet tv keeps buffering while watching. One tiny elevator that barely fits three people in. Not worth it. There are some businesses around: cvs, target all at walking distance, but side walk is not continuous. Also, when I stayed, there were several people on the street.
