No Airport Shuttle
The room and hotel were very clean and lady at desk very nice. However the problem we had was the air port shuttle is not running because of COVID 19 and wasn't told until we arrived at the airport~so had to walk across two parking garages dragging 2 large bags and 2 carry on bags to get a taxi or UBER ~It took us over an hour and a half to finally get an UBER>The hotel did reimburse us for the tab but it was a huge inconvenience to say the least!
Great One Night Post Flight Stay
Stayed at the Home2 Suites for one night after arriving on a fairly late flight. I was able to check in online and choose my room, so that expedited the check-in process, which was fast to begin with. The room was typical of a Home2Suites, with a king bed and a couch area. There is also the kitchen area, which I did not use on this trip. I found the workout room to be sufficient the next morning and the breakfast to be pretty good. There are so many potential choices that it is hard to go hungry!
Stayed once and we've been hooked ever since. Always greeted by a colorful, comfy lobby. Staff is friendly. Love that we can pay a little extra and receive double points as Hilton members. Will definitely continue to be our first choice in the Hilton line of hotels.
Loved everthing about the hotel and quality, except about car placing the paper in car for not towing instead get car information. the location of due to construction commuting was very difficult to get there.
Not the worse experience ever, but it was lacking.
I booked my stay here due to points I had for a free stay only to find out the app lets you search for hotels and book them but it does not specify that you need to make an appointment over the phone to use your points. I also had an issue with a TV remote control that was obviously filthy as it had some kind of red syrup covering the entire control and it was sticky as well. I was also given only 2 small pillows for my king sized bed and I kindly requested 2-3 more pillows and was only given one more. The staff was friendly but obviously they did not go above and beyond to assist in making my stay a comfortable one.
