Booked MPP4 for 4 nights and extremely glad we did. The place was finished and fitted out to a very high standard which made our stay very comfortable indeed. The host was excellent and gave us lots of local tips as well as organising a private transfer from the rail station. The apartment has a small outside terrace which is nice to sit out in and is just around the corner from a lovely restaurant (best rhum baba ever).
Excellent thank you.

Our "My pad" was located at 26 Rue du Rempart du Rhone, but the same business I think.
We received a warm, friendly welcome and a bottle of Rose wine from Christel. She explained all the features of the apartment, and left contact details, in case we needed any help. Excellent service.
It was well stocked with Tea, Coffee, Salt etc. in fact most kitchen expendables were provided. A washing machine and dryer even, it was all there. You could move in and stay permanently.
It has a separate kitchen/dining room,a bedroom with good storage, a lounge with two sofas, and a good bathroom/shower.
TV and WiFi internet, a safe, and all electrical appliances all worked well. We visited during a heatwave, but the fans, and shutters kept us comfortable.
The shared front door security is good, and it has stairs and an elevator.
Close to the old town, and all services, supermarket, shops, and roadside parking if you needed it.
We loved this apartment, it was perfect for us, and in a couple of days, it felt like home, we would stay there again.
One very minor thing that I would change, we would prefer a big king sized bed, but we slept well anyway. :--)
Thank you for a very enjoyable visit. GK
Small but comfortable

We booked here for a short stay in Avignon, 16th to 19th May. The apartment is located in the NE of the old quarter, inside the city walls but not far away from a free parking lot, the Parking des Italiens (but in the Navigation system og the Fiat 500X we rented it was called "Parking Docteur Pons", for unknown reasons). By the way, the parking was almost full all the days we've been there, so you should think of a B-plan for parking if you arrive by car.
Now the apartment itself. It's located in a quiet street along the ramparts, and the one we booked is located in the number 39bis, at the ground floor of an old building. We were received by Kris, who explained us the features of the apartment and gave us some useful advices about restaurants, things to do and so on. The apartment is not very big, but it has a comfortable bed for two adults and an auxiliary sofa bed for our 4 years old boy. There's also a small kitchenette, maybe not for cooking a banquet but big enough for cooking your breakfast and maybe a not too complex dinner if you want, although it would be a pity dining at home with all the excellent restaurants available for you in Avignon. The apartment has also a small patio on the back, with some garden sofas (which we couldn't enjoy because of rainy weather), A/C system and free wifi. The bathroom was also small, but correct. Everything we tried worked properly and the general condition was good and clean. There were also some books and travel guides for Avignon and Provence.
So, pros? Clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly staff, not too expensive... Cons? Not many, really. We couldn't find a good cafe for breakfast in the nearby streets (but they supply you with a Nespresso machine and capsules if you desperately need caffeine before going out in the morning!), and is a bit peripherical from the main tourist attractions in the city. Which in fact might actually be a pro and not a con, because it's a ground floor, so being away from the main routes spares you over from noisy tourists at night.
Definitely, we're satisfied and we'll check if it's available the next time we visit Avignon. A good choice.
A very good and cozy place for a long stay to visit the Provence

This hotel is more an apart hotel, very well located within the city of Avignon. The owners are attentive and very receptive and very tastefully, even kindly reproducing a small map showing the main information for those who need to go to the supermarket or the bank. The room is comfortable and the decor very cozy. Without a doubt an excellent choice that I will certainly repeat in the near future.
